    Determine problem and then Replace dishwasher motor

    The technician (Dina) arrived both times early in the promised time frame. The work was carried out efficiently and carefully so as not to create or leave any mess. Initially the need for repair was carefully explained and options clarified. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Dina to friends or family.

    Washer and dryer not working

    I am very satisfied with the professional manner that Dima provided. He thoroughly checked out my machines and recommended resetting the computer. This turned out to remedy the problem. Dima was very polite and I felt at ease having him in my home. He thoroughly explained my options and I appreciate his help.
