    Fridge repair

    We were very impressed with the professional and prompt service. Our repairman, Sergei, was polite, punctual and followed all covid guidelines. We would definitely recommend this company! We also appreciated the great communication.

    dishwasher repair

    saw this company review on google so i called right away, the next day i had a technician come. he said his name was Erik. pretty quickly found the issue and almost instantly informed me of pricing and it was not bad compared to a new one. He fixed the part right away and was in and out probably within an hour. this company has good prices so i would recommend them to anybody who wants honest people!

    Washer

    My washer was broken dawn, it wasn’t draining. Technician came, inspected the washer and explained what is the exact issue and what to replace. I was really satisfied with his professionalism, his quick determination of issue and his calm behavior. Thank you Iarik!

    Repair of my combination washer and dryer

    I would absolutley recommend this company. The gentleman that service my machine was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. 15 minutes and my machine was working again. Thank you!

    Fixed my Washing Machine right away!

    The door of my front loading washer was broken. I called Fix Appliance and they were able to send a technician the next day. Larik was able to get a replacement door part that afternoon and install it. Great service!

    Baking element replacement

    Technician arrived on time,very friendly,asked all the right questions, completed his inspection,determined problem quickly, gave options and ordered part with time frame of within 2 days to replace. An hour later was back with new part from another tech who ordered for replacement next week...other tech will get ours in plenty of time for his clients. A wonderful experience and some sound advice given on future use of stove . Can't thank him enough!

    Stacked washing machine not draining

    Fix Appliances and technician Alexander had extraordinary commitment to solving our problem, which required repeated visits over several months because we were traveling and not home to use our machine as regularly. We felt they were honest and reliable.

    dishwasher control panel

    Last July I ordered and paid for by Visa for a dishwasher control panel based on Fox Appliances estimate. After more than 2 months waiting, I called and they agreed to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I never received a refund for the merchandise, although, very politely, I have asked for my refund. Very unfortunate and sad.
