The repairman was rude and unapproachable. Over the numerous visits required for him to complete the job he acted put out over everything, left my range hood on the floor after realizing my microwave couldn't be installed without a vent he didn't put it back, swore at my dishwasher for 20min huffing and puffing, refused to replace the short hose for a longer hose and insisted on using an extension piece instead, suggested I do it myself when I asked a simple question about the install, tried to charge me an extra $79.99 service fee on two different occasions one of those times claiming I misunderstood and he said $17.99 and lastly insulted me when he insinuated I wasn't going to pay my bill because I wouldn't pay for the parts via his phone even though I had already expressed my preference to the service rep I spoke to previously. I asked for a different repairman more then once but was told it had to be him, I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place, then during the last service call they offered me another repairman if I would wait without a working dishwasher for half a week, what a slap in the face. Now I have a dishwasher that makes the loudest noise during a cycle but not because of the dishwasher itself. It sounds like an airplane taking off because the repairman was incompetent or petty and installed it poorly so it makes loud vibrating metal sounds now. I'm just waiting for the leaking from the extension hose to start! This was the worst experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone ever!
