    Dryer repair

    The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. Also had a great personality and offered us information about our European dryer which was not a common appliance. The dryer came with our condo when we purchased it., so the information was so much appreciated. Also, if we have a problem again, the same service person will come and that he would research our model.

    Repair Service on my Washer

    I had a leak in my washer. The repair guy named Yarik fixed the issue and was very efficient and hard working! Took the time to show me the problem and informed me of how he will fix it. He was also friendly and had a very good attitude! Will definitely use this company again if needed. Was very pleased overall with how the problem was resolved!

    Two Appliances, in home service for a stove/oven and a dishwasher.

    Both appliances, a Fridgedaire combination stove top and oven, professional series, and a Samsung in counter dishwasher, serviced in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Getting the initial appointment was quick and ordering the required parts was also quite reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use, or recommend these folks again.

    Stove front burners not working

    We completed a request form on Sunday and were contacted shortly after with a scheduled appointment for Monday. The work was professionally reviewed and explained by service advisor Dima. Great customer service and technician. Parts were brought shortly after to complete the repairs. Excited the glass top burners are all working. Thank you Dima!

    Washing Machine Assessment

    I had another great experience with Fix Appliances regarding my problematic LG front loader. They promptly scheduled an appointment that accommodated my work schedule and Iarik arrived exactly within the window indicated. He was very professional with COVID-19 precautions - social distancing and masking. And he did a thorough assessment of my machine, explained the situation, and presented a couple of options. He followed up swiftly with an estimate for a possible repair the next day. Even though a repair wasn't necessary at this time, I really love Fix Appliance and Iarik for easing my mind so swiftly. Fix Appliance is my go-to for home appliance repair and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

    Fixed broken dishwasher

    The dishwasher broke so we called fix appliances and it was inspected by the knowledgeable technician. It was determined four parts needed to be replaced. Excellent, professional and very friendly service! The dishwasher works great now! Highly recommend and would use the service again.

    Washer Repair

    Serviceman was professional, knowledgable, efficient, and courteous while repairing the washer. He came with the required part on the diagnostic visit, so was able to fix the issue right away. He told me the age of the washer, and potential transmission issue to watch for and how to help the machine last longer with smaller loads, and cool down time between loads. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me locate the water shutoff valve in this condo for changing the water filter in the fridge.

    Refrigerator repair

    "Dima" is the name of the refrigerator repair man. He explains things thoroughly and I understand. He has been here twice now, I requested him the second time. I've had other repair people here in the past, but Dima, in my opinion, is the best so far.
