    Amazing service

    I called to book an appointment and the technician was here within 24 hours. He was clean cut, professional, friendly, courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing as he repaired my Fisher Paykel dishwasher. He cleaned out the hoses and did some preventative maintenance while he was at it, he explained that he might as well while everything was dismantled. He was great. I highly recommend the service and Yarik.

    Dryer repair

    Called for service to diagnose loud noise in dryer. Prompt response and technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and retuned in a couple days to fix the dryer. Highly recommend, friendly service, on time.

    repair dishwasher

    Freezer of fridge

    I have a kitchen aid double door fridge/freezer. Repairman was masked, put shoe covers on and was polite and went right to work. Each time he was a little early which was great! Highly recommend.

    LG Washing Machine Repair

    Garage door take down and put back after construction

    Daniel provided very professional and friendly service. He was also available after hours to answer his phone. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again. I would make sure that you care of Daniel well because he represents you well!

    Excellent and professional work on washing machine door boot gasket repair

    Excellent service and experience right from beginning to end. I filled in the service request form from their website and within one hour, I received a phone call from their Fix Service Coordinator, Christina. What I needed done was a replacement of the Samsung washer door boot. She was very detailed explaining the breakdowns of the cost of the part and labour. And no pressure in accepting their terms of service. Maria was another Service Coordinator that helped answer some of my questions. Overall, everyone was very polite and responsive. Sergei was the technician who did the repair/replacement job. Very professional. Even though the job was scheduled between 10AM to 12PM, he kindly called in to ask if he can come by about an hour early. That was indeed nice of him to ask. He specified how long the repair will roughly take and he fixed it in a timely manner. Any questions I had, he was happy to answer them and even offered some advices that I should follow to ensure that my laundry machine remains in perfect working order. Also for those who are wondering, he wore a mask and put covers over his feet before entering my home. Lastly, I ran the laundry machine a few times before I offered my feedback here. And I can say that there are no issues what so ever. Thank you Christina, Maria and Sergei for the wonderful job and experience! -David
