    Fixed a squealing dryer

    The dryer was making an awful squealing noise and could not be used. Booking process was easy and I was able to get an appointment in 3 days. The tech arrived in the timeframe given. The cost to repair was far more than I thought it would be. I debated for a moment if to just get a new dryer as it is almost 10 years old, but I went for it. The tech completed a replacement of the pulley assembly and was in and out in about 45 mins.

    Dishwasher pump

    The repair person came early, was courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and provided options. Although it was more than expected the service was prompt and professional.

    Service

    My dishwasher broke Dima came over and diagnosed the problem. He checked out all the cycles. He gave me the best advice as regards cost value for fixing or replacement . This is our third experience with Dima . He is very well experienced . Simply the most knowledgeable technician we have met . I would highly recommend Fix Appliances CA and Dima for any problem with home appliances .

    Fridge repair

    Dima was one of the best repair man I ever had working at my house. Very knowledgeable about products and excellent customer service. He deserves higher score than 10 for sure. Cudos to him.

    Gas Range Repair

    EXCELLENT service! Had to book an appointment for our 14 year old Jenn Air gas range. Oven wasn't heating well, and burners were not firing well. Technician and office kept us updated on the arrival time throughout the process. Technician was terrific! Assessed the issue, ordered the parts, came back to install. Cleaned all the burners. The entire process was fast and Profesional. Everything works perfectly! I highly recommend FIX Appliance. Robert

    Fast, professional and friendly service!

    Our dryer broke and within 3 days we had a repair man come to look at it. He was very friendly and efficient. He ordered the parts we needed, cleaned it up, and came back the next day to install. Professional through and through. Would definitely recommend!

    Dryer Repair

    Our dryer suddenly stopped generating any heat. Communication with the office was excellent. The technician was professional, friendly, polite and on-time. He took the time to explain the issues with the dryer, both expected and unexpected. I would recommend Fix Appliances, and I would definitely use them again.

    Samsung Fridge Repair

    The coils froze up causing my 10 year old Samsung fridge to stop cooling. Dima diagnosed the most common cause of this problem and quoted based on that substantial repair and approach. While doing the repair, Dima discovered that an inexpensive thermal fuse had failed. Potentially, that alone would have resolved the problem for less cost. Overall, Dima was very polite and professional and seemed to be highly experienced at fridge repairs.
