    Dishwasher repair

    Sandjar came earlier than the appointment time (he called first) which I was thrilled about as I had been hoping they would come on the day I called as per their advertising. But alas, you can't have everthing. He diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order the part which took about a week to receive. Sandjar came back to install it and he was extremely thorough and professional. He made sure there were no leaks and ran a diagnostic to make sure all the cycles were working. Would highly recommend this company as they are honest and reasonable.

    Refrigerator repair

    Our fridge was not cooling properly, although the freezer seemed fine. We found Fix Appliance online and submitted a work order. We were contacted within the hour and able to arrange for service the following day. When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the problem and advised of the cost of repair. Our technician, Sanjar was very polite and professional. He was quite knowledgeable and very tidy. He replaced the part with efficiency and skill. I would definitely use Fix Appliance Ca again and was extremely happy with our technician, he was great!

    Refrigerator repair

    Service Tech, Sanjar, was professional, honest and polite. We had dealt with another company that was trying to rip us off for repairs we did not need. Service was absolutely AMAZING!

    Fridge/Freezer repair

    Fridge had a plugged drain in freezer compartment. Sergey was very knowledgeable. He cleaned and repaired it in no time. He answered my questions and gave some maintenance tips. I did forget to ask him about balancing the fridge doors though. Will call them again to fix my dishwasher next. Maybe i'll get Sergey again.

    Broken washing machine

    Sergeii came to our house on a Friday evening before we were leaving for vacation and saved the day. He was courteous, professional, tidy and capable. He fixed the problem and explained the issue with the washer. I would highly recommend this company and Sergeii in particular.

    Garage door opener repair

    Daniel was efficient and professional throughout the process. He was upfront with the problems we had with the garage door opener and the solutions he could offer. I was very impressed with how well he communicated with us and the quality of his work. I definitely would recommend Daniel to anyone who needs similar repairs done. Overall, a great experience.

    Washer/Dryer issues

    Dima was quick, knew what he was talking about and got it done quickly as well. A little costly but great service.

    Washer repair

    Our washing machine was leaking a ton of water so we called a few repair shops. Fix Appliances provided a technician the next day (after so many other companies refused to come to the King city area). Dima arrived and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very kind, respectful and is very experienced in his field. Dima also provided great information on how to care for our washing machine. I would only recommend this company and ask for Dima if you can as you will not be disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Thank you Dima!
