    Built in Refrigerator Repair

    Thank you Sandjar for coming out on this last holiday Monday and getting my built in fridge working properly again. Sandjar was very professional and courteous a pleasant change from dealing with another local Barrie company that left me without a working fridge for 3 months! Im very happy I called Fix Appliance Ca. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary. My only regret is that I did not call them first.

    Appliance Repair - Washing Machine and Electric Range

    2 repairs a week apart - first our 2012 Kenmore top loading washing machine would not spin and the following week the lock on our 2008 GE range's oven door would not work. Service was prompt and well done. Have used the services of this company in the past and continue to find them to be responsive, very competent and nice to deal with. We plan to continue to use them in the future.

    Fridge repair

    Fridge wasn’t cooling but freezer was. Had required part in his vehicle, repaired and was on his way.

    Washing machine

    Polite, prompt service. Our service man was wonderful. Gave me a clear explanation and some helpful hints and took all covid precautions. Would not hesitate to call this company again!!

    Great!

    Great communication from Fix Appliances, from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the call staff were lovely. The technician was knowledgeable and showed exactly what the problem with the washing machine was. I would definitely recommend!

    Dishwasher fixed

    Dishwasher wasn’t draining. Nir checked on a few different things and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to get it going again quickly. The dishwasher is now draining properly. Great job, Nir!

    Dishwasher problem

    Dima did excellent job , on time , quiet, quickly diagnosed problem. Had part in his vehicle, installed it,tested machine .

    Great service

    Great service; came right away. I honestly didn’t think they’d be able to fix our microwave range and they did! The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and very customer service-oriented. Very professional, clean work space and was really accommodating!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Initial service call determined that our washing machine required a part to be ordered and once received, the technician would return to complete the repair. He said he would email us the part price for our approval then place the order once we approved. When we didn’t hear anything back, we called the next day because there was no email received, but the office said they had record of the service call but the technician didn’t send an order for parts but they would call him then call is right back. That was yesterday. At this poi t we have waited 3 days for them to accommodate the initial service call and another two days chasing them to order the part. I guess our repair job was not lucrative enough for this company to follow through with their commitment and now I am back to square one with a broken washing machine after a week. I have a very hard time believing this operation receives legitimate positive reviews when a simple matter has been handled so poorly. Lastly, the technician seemed quite bothered to be conducting g the initial service call so I can’t say I’m surprised by further crap service but here we are. Avoid this place if you need a simple repair done in reasonable timeframe.
