    Fixed oven door

    The service was fantastic from start to finish. I had a service technician called Serge fix my oven door in less than 10 minutes. I previously had a technician from another company earlier in the month try to fix it but alas after 3 hours was no further on. So I gave Fix Appliances a call and was blown away with their service especially from their technician Serge. Nothing else to say apart from I had a great experience and would use them again in the blink of an eye. Ten out of ten.

    Excellent and Quick Service

    I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism and courteousness that Dima demonstrated during his repairs. He was well prepared and able to perform the repair cleanly and in a timely fashion. I hope to not have to call again, but if I ever do, Fix Appliances will be the first number I call--and I'll be asking for Dima. I highly recommend.

    Great service, I didn’t have to wait long for a technician and I was lucky that the part came in quickly. Friendly efficient service and very straightforward and honest.     Replacing the element in our LG oven

    One day our LG oven wouldn't get above 340 degrees. We weren't sure what was wrong but through Homestars I found Fix Appliance. I checked out their reviews and then went to their site. Through their chat option I was able to make an appointment for the repair. The technician showed up just before the scheduled time. After doing some checks on the oven he determined that it was the element that had gone. We had to wait for the part to come in but then our oven could be fixed. Early on a Saturday morning, the technician returned and replaced the element (it's hard to do because this model of LG oven has a covered element). The oven is now working well again. The technician was great at explaining the process plus the how much the repair would cost. Thank you very much for the great service.
