    Replacement part for LG Washer

    Our 8-year-old LG washing machine started leaking from the soap dispenser area so we called Fix Appliances who were more than happy to help. They were able to diagnose the issue, order the required part and replace the pipe in a reasonalble timeline. Thanks to Daniel for helping with the problem and saving us $$$ in replacing a machine!

    Dishwasher Circulation Pump Replacement

    Had them replace the circulation pump on my dishwasher. Additionally I had them anchor it properly to the counter. Dima did a great job replacing the pump, it has been working perfectly since he installed it a few days ago. They were able to get the part quickly which was fortunate, but they did warn in advance it could take 5-10 business days in my case. Washing dishes by hand is not fun! There was a minor adjustment needed related to the re-placement of the dishwasher under the countertop, I called and got a reply from the tech same day and he came out the following day and took care of it. These things happen, how they handle it is what is important. They handled it well. Dima gave me a magnet with the company name and his name on it and it is staying on my fridge for future reference. Thanks!

    Kitchen and Laundry Room repairs

    Our technician, Dima, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues about the products. He arrived in a timely manner, and completed the job the day of, making it very convenient for us. He went above and beyond to informed us about our appliances and how to maintain them for the future. Great service and our new go to guy, I would highly recommend Dima to our friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

    Washer repair

    Very satisfied with the service. Booked on-line and received a call in less than 10 minutes to confirm the appointment. The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was honest (and accurate) about how long it would take to get the replacement part and fixed the washer quickly on the return visit. The administrative staff were equally pleasant and helpful. No complaints.

    Samsung oven fixed!

    Eduard was great! Arrived on time, quickly assessed issue. Ordered part and returned within a few days to repair. Was efficient, on time, kept me informed, was clean and super professional. I’d happily recommend and use again. Eduard particularly.

    Fridge & Dryer repair

    Demma the repair man came to my home in Mississauga & repaired successfully my dryer & 2 fridges. It was done efficiently professionally & in a timely manner. Thank you so much Demma I would have him back all the time anytime & recommend his services along with Fix Appliances.     Refrigerator and freezer quit working

    Found site online and was able to engage in chat immediately and then received a call to provide further information as requested and an opportunity to book the next day. I called back and they were able to get me in the same day!! They arrived at exact time advised and diagnosed problem within minutes. Had part with them and repair was completed. Polite, masks worn and was advised of each step and price. Let's hope it lasts, since delivery on a new fridge is many weeks out!!

    Dishwasher & washing machine repair

    I recently had two repairs done by Ilya and everything went very well. Ilya was very professional throughout the entire process. When he came to the first appointment he easily figured out what the issues were with my two appliances and ordered the necessary parts. When the parts arrived another appointment was easily scheduled and Ilya came back to make the repairs. He worked very well and efficiently during the 2nd appointment. He was always on time when he arrived for both scheduled appointments. I am very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend this company and Ilya for any of your repairs.
