    Second time using

    This is the second time using Fox Appliances and there helpful and honest staff continue to exceed our needs. They were able to fix our problem, provide us advice and guidance so it doesn’t occur again and avoided any unnecessary charges. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.     Same Day Oven Repair

    When my oven stopped working and would not heat above 350°, I knew I needed a service call. I called the office late in the afternoon and was thrilled to be given an appointment for the next morning! Dima came promptly the next morning and was friendly and polite. He was wearing a mask and gloves and was very good about maintaining physical distancing - which gave me piece of mind during the 2020 pandemic. He quickly figured out what the problem was and completed the repair of my heating element the same day. Definitely recommend Fix Appliances and Dima and will use them again if I need another repair.

    Washing macine fixing

    - Technician is very good and fast taking care of details. - Customer Service is not very proactive and Forget to send messages to client. We called 3 times in order to receive documents and set up appointments. - they forgot to let us know about 50% in advance in reference suppliers cost. Never Mentioned. - Appointments very flexible and never accurate Bertha Hollmann Burlington

    Glass Cooktop Replacement

    Good service, repairman arrived early and completed work in just over an hour. Would definitely use this company again.

    Dishwasher repair

    I highly recommend Fix Appliances. This is the second time we have used them in the past couple of years, and they are always responsive, professional and friendly. Our technician, Dima, was fantastic - he diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and returned as soon as the replacement parts were in, to complete the repair. Thanks for your prompt and helpful service!

    Blown fuse on oven due to overheating

    Eduard came to save the day! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, calm, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had an oven that had overheated during self cleaning, and he quickly identified the issue. He agreed to source the part and provide a quote which he did within 48 hours. The only reason for the delay in that was because he made the phone call to New Zealand (!) to confirm that it wasn’t just a part I needed but rather the manufacturer had discontinued the part and insisted on an entire kit to be purchased to replace some faulty issues with our oven. Shocked at the price, Eduard advised us appropriately as we tried to decide what to do. We eventually decided to go ahead with the process and Eduard took the time to ensure that he did the job properly and thoroughly. He was incredibly neat, and very considerate, considering these unprecedented times. He came in full protective wear and we were very appreciative of his work. He is an incredibly trustworthy and diligent expert. We would highly recommend this marvelous company.

    Repair of Kenmore Elite Dryer Heating Assembly

    We had an excellent customer service experience with Fix Appliances CA! Within minutes of sending an email request, we received a timely scheduled repair appointment. We were very impressed with the expertise and knowledge of our Technician Dimitri (Dima). He arrived on time, and promptly diagnosed the problem and then proceeded with the repair on our 15 year old dryer. It had stopped heating and required a new dryer heating element assembly. Not only was the repair completed at the same time but it was done in a very efficient, skilled manner with subsequent testing to ensure satisfaction on our part. Dimitri also left our laundry room clean afterwards. Given our extremely positive experience, we booked a non essential repair of our washer. The new part was ordered and installed within two days with the same wonderful level of service.

    Fridge repair

    Dima did a great job diagnosing the problem with our fridge and fixing it promptly. He was friendly and professional. The estimate for the parts and labour was provided by email through the company through email. It's great that our fridge now has a new lease on life. Thanks!

    Professional, efficient and experienced

    Pavel notified us via text prior to arriving, arrived prepared and completed efficiently. Clean, knowledgeable and patient with our service call to replace a thermostat in a Thor duel fuel range. Would recommend and call again for any appliance issue we may come across.
