    Leaking and not draining dishwaher

    Eddie was very professional, polite, and wearing PPE on both visits. He had things resolved quickly and knew exactly what was wrong when he diagnosed the issues. He explained our options clearly and when we had questions, took the time to answer them. Great representative for the company.

    Electric stove

    The switch on my electric stove was giving trouble and I got this company’s recommendation from Facebook. They sent a very professional and courteous gentleman by the name of Dima. Dima was very customer focused and even drove off to get my new part from Aurora so that it could Be fixed the same day. awesome service and very tidy too!

    Repair of my range microwave

    Dima came to my residence to take a look at my microwave that had no power. He quickly assessed the issue and figured out what the problem was. Dima had the appropriate parts to fix the microwave, and did so very quickly. I experienced wonderful customer service from both the employee who I spoke with on the phone, as well as the technician that came to my house. I would definitely use this service again, and recommend them to friends and family.

    Fridge Repair

    I got connected with Nick J from Fix Appliances Ca (not to be confused with another company on homestars with a VERY similar name) as a result of my fridge not working properly. Nick was polite and friendly with me, and quick to reply by email and phone. I can tell his drive towards customer service is genuine and the reviews here on homestars show that. Nick thanks for speaking with me and providing confirmation about the problem with my fridge.

    Dryer repair

    Washing Machine Repair

    We called Fix Appliances CA to repair our top-loading washing machine. We received excellent service from Dima - he arrived within the agreed time period, and is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained what the issue was and what the cost would be for the repair before getting our confirmation to go ahead with it. The experience was completely hassle free from beginning to end and we will highly recommend the company to friends and family.

    Fridge Repair

    The repairman, Sergei, was polite and he wasted no time finding the problem. He explained what was needed and ordered the part. When he returned he had the repair done quickly, leveled the fridge and that was it. Nicely done.

    Oven repair
