    toruble shoot, get part repair GE fridge

    great technician, clean, knowledgeable, quick, and on line support and office information first rate...Didn't think we could get part, technician called back within a 1/2 day to say he found it so it saved us buying a new fridge, 5 days later it was installed, with all advertised discounts. would call them any time first rate.

    Dishwasher repair (leaky pipe)

    We suspected we had a leaky solenoid valve Sergei came to do a look over and confirmed this was the problem. Sergei was tidy and wore a mask, as this was during covid virus isolation time. He had a new solenoid valve with him so replaced it. A Plumber Had to do a pipe connection in meantime. Sergei returned with cutlery tray we’d ordered and reviewed the work done, running D/w through a few cycles to ensure it was functioning properly. Very professional.

    Cooking Stove

    It was very smooth. Sergey replaced 2 switches on the cooking stove not working properly. It took a week but was done very smoothly.

    Washing machine & refrigerator repair

    Technician Dima arrived with gloves, mask and hand sanitizer due to Corona virus. He was punctual, courteous, professional and experienced. Everthing was explained to me step by step and a work estimate was provided within minutes. All my questions were answered honestly and fairly. Would highly recommend Fix Appliances.     Fridge repair

    Great professional service. Highly recommend. Serviceman was courteous, professional and helpful. Provided reminders to defrost the fridge prior to his arrival and completion of the work.

    Washer fixed

    Dima came in and was super professional, came with what was needed and explained what the issue was and even showed us. He was an absolute pleasure to have in and was done then job very efficiently and clean. I would definitely recommend and will use again

    Dryer repair

    Called around 10:30 AM regarding a dryer that wouldn’t heat. The tech arrived, diagnosed and fixed by 12:30 PM with no issues. You can’t ask for much more than that.

    Freezer problem during Covid-19

    Our repair person was Dima. He was very professional and explained everything and showed me what was possibly wrong. With Covid-19, Dima arrived with gloves, mask and uniform ~ no worries there! During the time Dima was working on our freezer, he would explain everything that was being done and possible solutions. Again, we were extremely please with how Dima presented himself, how he explained everything and how courteous he was. When he left, everything was put back the way it was. Thank you Dima! Also, thank you Fix Appliances! We will defiantly use your service again and would highly recommend you!

    Electric oven repair

    Error code on oven. Dima diagnosed issue immediately and had the part in his truck. VERY courteous and professional service! Highly recommended!
