    dryer repair

    Great service - on time, efficient, respectful. Only waited 2 days for an appointment. Was during Covid lockdown and I was worried about it but at the same time quite desperate to have a functional dryer for a large family. The technician handled the situation professionally.

    Built in oven repair

    Excellent. Ease of webite, the technician (Edward) was meticulous in dismantling and re-assembling the oven. Was able to identify and make the necessary repair with expertise. Highly recommended.

    stove burners not working

    Kitchen Aid burner stopped working, called Fix Appliances, got appointment for next day, and they even came early. Technician wore a mask (this is coronavirus period), much appreciated. He identified the problem (switches, not burners) and provide estimate of repair cost, but landlord opted to buy a new oven rather than pay for pricey new switches. We were very happy with the swift and professional service from Fix Appliances even if we didn't go forward with the repair.

    Rafael - very professional, patient and punctual!

    Rafael diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher right away. He explained what was causing the drainage issue and showed us the broken filter, then replaced it. A very positive experience. so much so, we've asked Rafael to help out with another job, later this week!

    Jenn-Air microwave repair done right

    Our service technician Dima was right on time. He serviced the microwave within the 3 hours we had allotted. Dima was friendly, personable and most important completely professional. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this service crew and company to family and friends. Cheers.

    Amazing Job

    Sergey was very professional, when I first had the issue they were able to service me same day. They kept me informed as to what the issue was and provided a detailed outline of what is was paying for. Great job and I will use Fix Appliances if I ever have a problem

    Gas Oven Repair

    The repair men came early and very efficiently diagnosed the issue and replaced a new igniter. I chose Fix Appliances because they had repaired my fridge last year and I was very impressed by the knowledge, tips, and professionalism. Thank you!

    Fridge/Freeze

    Even though we are somehow worried about the price we had to pay (our choice anyway), we are satisfied with Dima’s job. I would like to mention that I got a recommendation to contact you guys from an application that it is called “Nextdoor” (it is a community application for those in the same neighbourhood), I also attached a screenshot of it to let you know how other people is satisfied with you work, especially, Dima’s work :) We really hope we don’t need to contact you again...hopefully the fix can last longer than expected. Have a nice day!

    Washing machine repair

    Rafael came to service our washer during the current pandemic that we are all finding ourselves in and he not only was professional and courteous, but he was also very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issue.
