    Dryer Repair

    My dryer stopped working and I was worried to have it repaired during the covid19 stay-at-home period. I called the company in the morning and the repair person came to my home before noon and fixed the dryer with parts he had with him. The repair person (Dima) wore gloves and a mask and was very kind and respectful of social distancing requirements. I would highly recommend this company and Dima. I hope that he stays safe during this time.

    Oven Repair

    Very punctual. He was very thorough in examining the problem and then explaining the best course of action to fix. I ordered the part immediately and he returned within a few days to fix the oven.

    Electric stove oven unit fix

    Fix Appliances were great! They answered my service request quickly and confirmed an appointment for the next day. Dina showed up during the agreed two hour window, with mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Explained everything that he was doing and guided me through the diagnostic and quote. He also came prepared with the parts needed to repair my oven on the spot. I really appreciate the professional approach in dealing with Fix Appliances and Dina, and would recommend them for fast efficient repairs.

    Raphael was an excellent tech. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was conscientious of the physical distancing we are all practicing.

    Convection oven repair motherboard

    Serge came to our home on Saturday and diagnosed the problem with our oven quickly and efficiently. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything thing he was doing. He gave us accurate information about the order time to get parts, and they arrived on time as expected. We scheduled the second service call about a week after the initial diagnosis, and received a confirmation phone call. Serge again arrived at our home (on time) and did a repeat performance of perfect service with knowledge, experience and professionalism.

    Service front load washer

    Washer would not drain and door was locked. Technician unlocked the door and unplugged hose. Very professional and efficient.

    Dishwasher repair

    My dishwasher stopped working on a week end and I really appreciated the prompt service and frequent communication at every stage from arranging a time for service to getting the part needed and next day return to complete the repair. Very friendly, professional and expert repair., in fact, the best experience I have had with appliance service. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Old Dryer fixed

    Sergey came to our rescue within the week of our service call ;to replace the dryer's motor,idler pulley and wheel ,belt and thermostat . He was professional and patient throughout. It took 3 trips from first diagnosis , waiting for parts, plus fixing an unexpected broken thermostat. Thank you. Fix Appliance.ca is our go to. Also a shout out to the office staff who were there to hold our hand.

    Oven repair

    I tried to clean in between the oven glass on the oven door and I couldn't get it back together. Found out I was missing parts but it was still functional, so repair guy saved us some money and put it back together. Thanks!
