Thank you Taha in Woodbridge for the feedback, we are sorry you feel this way, as we explained to you we deal with original parts and we provide warranty on the job we do, the technician provided an estimate for the repair and shared with you the information where we buy the parts and showed you the pricing (as did the office when we sent you the part cost) and explained to you that we use original parts only, the website you provided with a different pricing you forgot to mention it's in California and in US dollars and on that you need to add shipping, taxes, and customs on top. As you indicated more than once you are unhappy that the repair and the part cost make it not worth the repair, the service call you have paid for diagnostics you've received to repair your appliance, your decision not to proceed with the repair and to buy a new stove it is your decision.
