    Washer/Dryer repaired

    COVID-19 Repair

    My fridge was leaking and I was extremely worried about having a repair person in my home under the COVID-19 isolation requirements. Fix Appliances sent Serge who came with a mask and gloves and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional, polite and pointed out that the problem was coming from a leaking pipe behind the fridge which would need a plumber. He went out of his way to show me where the pipe was attached to my water heater, so that I could identify the problem to the plumber. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks

    Washing Machine

    Very professional. Fast service. Easy billing. They took a message left at 10 pm and called back before 8 am. They were servicing the washing machine by noon. Jib done and bill sent via email. Great, compassionate representative.

    Broken Fridge and Freezer during COVID-19

    Of all times for this to happen, my fridge and freezer decided to thaw last night. I contacted Fix Appliances online and they contacted me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment for today. I wasn’t sure if I could find a repair person during these difficult times, nor did I really want one in my house...but what are the choices right now. I need a fridge and freezer. Dima arrived in a uniform, with gloves, googles and a face mask. He was extremely professional from the minute I met him until the time he left. He explained everything to me and provided 5 star service. Everything works and I’m a happy customer. Thank you Dima for a great job and being so professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else. Stay safe.

    Dishwasher door repair

    Door was falling down and the hinge kit needed to be replaced so the door didn’t crash to the ground.

    Dryer repair

    Dryer was over heating and then stopped working completely. The gentleman who came fixed it in no time and knew a lot about the product.

    Dryer

    I called in on a Wednesday and explained that the dryer does not generate heat. They asked me the model number of the dryer. The technician came on next Saturday with all the necessary parts and fixed the dryer in an hour. We were thrilled. I would not go anywhere else for appliances repair. In fact, I saved their number in my cell phone and shared it with my friends already. Thank you, Surge!

    Freezer part of fridge

    Price included tax, part for freezer and two calls to house. There was a back order issue, they were on top of it all the time, kept me up to date by phone. Great people to deal with, technician was very professional. Very happy. Thank you.

    Whirlpool dishwasher

    Dishwasher smelled of burning electrical during operation. The Technician (Dima) troubleshoot to find damaged main control module. Part ordered and replaced. Dima was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Thank you to Fix Appliances for a very satisfying overall experience.
