    Dishwasher issue solved

    Had Dima come out to fix a dishwasher that stopped working. Spent a good amount of time to thoroughly identify the problem, gave advice on how to proceed. Company was easy to deal with and stayed in touch for next steps Had the problem taken care of within two visits with a replaced pump in the dishwasher. Costly replacement, but the company did the best they could to provide a good experience. Would be happy to call them again.

    broken fridge

    Your Service Rep - Dima - arrived on time as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly, and then searched and located a replacement PCB control module. As well, the overall cost was exactly the amount indicated in the estimate. A quick and efficient solution to my problem. Thanks Dima - your efforts were much appreciated.

    Refrigerator repair

    The technician Dima was very thorough and professional. He carefully went through a number of diagnostics and repaired my fridge. I was very happy with the timely, courteous and excellent service that I received!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Dima came to fix a leak and a shock absorber in my machine. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made his assessment, explained the issues to me and worked quickly to resolve the matter. He also showed me what he did after he was done, ran the machine to show the repairs and explained the type of machine I had. Very happy with the service I received.

    Washer and Dryer Repair

    They were available for next day emergency repairs. Dima arrived on time, provided a quote and completed the repairs in a timely fashion.

    Washing machine repair

    I called fix appliance service because my washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t drain. They sent Daniel that afternoon. He arrived on time and fixed the machine in a couple of minutes. My machine is 17 years old and I was told by someone else I would probably have to get a new one. Daniel was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again.

    Broke My Appliance

    Service call to diagnose my dryer that was not running efficiently. Estimate for $550 to replace 2 parts. Technician leaves my house and to my surprise, the dryer now doesn't work at all! Working dryer prior to service call, dryer non operational now. Refund...guess what? "sorry sir, contract was non refundable" Don't trust these guys...hiding behind the fine print, not doing what's right for the customer.

    Leaking fridge

    Highly recommend Fix Appliances Ca. They quickly returned my call, were easy to deal with and there was good communication throughout I was thoroughly impressed by their technician, Dima. He was very knowledgeable & competent and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and personable and explained everything step by step in layman's terms. He was very thorough and tested everything various times. He made sure I was happy with everything and encouraged me to ask questions. He is by far the best appliance technician we've had over the years and I was extremely satisfied with my experience

    repair of dishwasher

    I called Fix appliances to repair my dishwasher . I told them that there was a problem in closing the door of my dishwasher . I knew this , because if I put pressure on the door , it would work .. But of course I could not keep pushing the door manually for the dishwasher to work .. The technician came . He was polite . But he insisted there was nothing wrong with the door latch . Instead he started fixing the control panel , which was not really the problem .. After he announced that the dishwaher is now working , I came to check . & IT WAS NOT WORKING . So , he said oops the problem again .. & he started working again with the control panel & he told me that it is now working . I checked & yes it was working .. But I did not feel very comfortable that the problem was really fixed . I told him what if it stops working shortly .. He did not give me any assurances . So , we paid him $ 139.49 & he left .. Few hours later I loaded the dishwasher , & it was not working . I called them the following day , & asked for a refund , because they did not fix the problem . They offered to refund me $50.22 . I insisted that I want back the full $ 139.49 . They refused . They offered to refund me the $ 50.22 provided I sign that they hold no further responsibility & I cannot complain any further . I felt really mad , & deceived .. I chose not to sign the Refund Form & get the $50 . I rather wanted to voice loud my complain .. What topped the whole story is that i kept trying to fix the dishwasher myself & kept testing the door &, I who know nothing in repairs did figure the problem out .. there was a piece at the back of the upper rack that was not properly aligned . I did align it . & the dishwasher is working now ,because the door is closing properly now, while the professional technician could not figure it out yesterday !!! I do not recommend Fix Alliances

When you asked the technician about the warranty and was told that there was no warranty you called the office the next day complaining "you did not feel very comfortable that the problem was really fixed" when the technician left the house the dishwasher was working.
