    Microwave interior light repair.

    The work seems excellent. But it took two visits and a second technician. Complicated job on an old oven. So the price was ridiculous for a lightbulb replacement. Not really their fault. And still a lot cheaper than a comparable unit.

    Dryer

    Needed dryer repaired. Technician named Dima arrived on time. Diagnosed problem and explained repair needed. Job completed in one hour. Outstanding service.

    Washer repair

    A few error codes popped up. Called them for a technician and how soon they could come. I appreciated the fact that the window of time they would be at the house was exactly when they said they’d be here. Can’t ask for more then that

    Great service. Only changed required boards, so mindull of cost. Clean up aftward. Fully review and test all fixes.

    Microwave was not working

    My husband and I are extremely please with the repairs made. Our Service Technician is very knowledgeable and explained about the warranty. Bonus was a very personable man that we also enjoyed talking with. Thank You.

    No heat to oven. Quickly assessed and part reinstalled very efficiently. Very good and user friendly system to book appointments. Most impressed.

    Kenmore Stove repair

    Great from the first contact; online chat, in person phone calls confirm ing appointments and all follow ups... to the technician's first visit, whom properly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct pieces, and within days, return to make the repairs and showed exactly where the issues where with the defective item... the technician, "Diam" was courteous, knowledgeable, effective, meticulous and had a wonderful yet professional sense of humor... no surprises... credit payment on site and email receipt in seconds... high recommend Fix Appliances....
