    Fridge leak repair

    Dima is very professional. I called for service and he came the next day. He did not only repair the leak the next day. He saw the fan seized. He tried to clean it up and hoped to get it turning. It wouldn’t turn, so he did more investigation and advised me to change out the fan motor. He gave me the cost up front for the part and labor and also showed me the cost of buying the similar model fridge. I decided to replace the part. Dima ordered the part right-a-way and it arrived the next day. He came the day after the part arrived to repair the fridge (because the longer we wait, the possibility of overheating/damaging the compressor will be higher - explained by Dima). He is absolutely professional. I highly recommended this company.

    Exhaust fans not working

    Replaced regulator for exhaust fans, new switches, replaced fluorescent lights and re-connected & re-wired back.

    Refrigerator repair

    Our beautiful, large built-in refrigerator was in need of repair as it was becoming very noisy and was cycling onto different temperatures. I am SO HAPPY that I hired FIX APPLIANCES. Dima, the technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, arranged to have his company find someone who could rebuild the computer as it was obsolete and returned to install the new motherboard all within 3 days! By replacing this part I was able to not only save a lot of money, but also the aggravation of replacing a built-in fridge. Additionally, this huge fridge stays out of the landfill. Thank you Dima and FIX APPLIANCES for a job extremely well done.

    Three different appliances had to be repaired on the same day

    Dima from Fix Appliances arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and immediately set to work diagnosing the problems with our dryer, fridge and stove. Before arriving he had ordered parts that he thought might address the problems. He was right. It took him over 3 hours but he was able to fix each appliance the same day! We were delighted. Dima was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call Fix Appliances again for any appliance repairs.

    Dishwasher repair

    Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Left everything in clean order after repair. Was very thorough in his repair, testing everything multiple times to ensure in good working order . Would very much recommend His work

    Microwave (Over the Range) repair.

    Timely, affordable, and professional service. Service provider arrived on time, quickly determined the root cause and was able to fix in the same visit.

    Freezer

    The Service agent performed multipoint inspection. Unit tested no leaks or issues. The drain hose was cleared from ice. The service agent was friendly and very professional and knew what he was doing. I think his name was Dimon. Not sure of the spelling. Great job.

    Microwave installation

    Rafael was very efficient in installing the microwave. I did not have the installation template but he was able to install it without it. I would highly recommend him for any install jobs you may be considering. Everything was done and cleaned up in just over 1 hour. Great work. Very satisfied!!!
