    Fix Refrigerator

    The work was very complex requiring various tests to find out why the fridge was leaking water into the lower compartment.

    Dishwasher

    Guys did excellent work fixing the dishwasher leak problem. Part was replaced same day. Thumbs up!

    Washing machine repair

    The service technician, Alex, was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to explain our options, as well as his recommendation. The service was performed expertly, and efficiently.

    Washer repair.

    Very timely appointment. Professional and experienced service representatives came to repair our washer. They were also polite and explained the procedure for repairing the washer with no sales pressure. Had the replacement parts on hand so didn't need to schedule a follow up appointment. So far so good, washer is working well.

    Fridge water dispenser repair

    Water was leaking from the internal water filter. In the end the filter housing and water tubes had to be replaced. I would have given them a 4.5 star in one of the categories if I could. Just because the tech had to come back another day to fix the repair as it was still leaking. Dima was extremely friendly and professional. I would welcome him back anytime in the future for other repairs.

    Fridge repair

    Thanks to Dima we have our first ice cube He surmised the problem and had it working in couple of hours so thank you very much I am very pleased

    repair oven and dishwasher doors

    Dima came, made a diagnosis and the company gave me a quote for the work which I accepted. Dima did the work, and I was very pleased with him and his apprentice. They seem like a good company to deal with and I would use them again in the future.

    dishwasher/microwave repair

    Sold my condo and had to repair dishwasher and microwave (European brands) prior to closing date. Fix Appliances were very prompt to send a technician and to provide an estimate. they were also very expeditious in obtaining the required parts. the technician was very professional and did a clean job. unfortunately on the day the service was scheduled, which was the day prior to closing, the technician came with the wrong parts for the microwave and was not able to fix it; the dishwasher was fixed. they did offer to negotiate a return visit with the buyers but this did not work out. I was charged appropriately for the services they completed. Overall: I would recommend them, I don't think anyone else would have done a better job; it's unfortunate timing that the repair was scheduled on the last day I had access to the condo and the technician had the incorrect part and I'm sure if I had a few more days they would have completed the service.

    Washing Machine repair.

    My washing machine was old and needed several different parts. It was a complicated repair and the repairman was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. On the first visit he explained clearly what was wrong and on the followup visit worked efficiently and neatly.
