    Dishwasher repair and several weeks ago refrigerator repair

    Technician (sorry forgot his name) was very efficient in diagnosing the problem, providing estimate of work, and returning soon after to install parts - I was really impressed with the fast response to my initial call (on-site within 48 hours) and when repair was made... it would have been earlier, but I was not available for the earlier date. Gave window of time he would return to make repairs and was exactly on time at the front end of the window of time. Would recommend without hesitation and will continue to call Fix Appliances as my first option for appliance repairs... the service and response times and quality of work is excellent. I always worry about the fly by night repair services as you never know what you're going to get, but I think my worries are now over! Thank you Fix Appliances... please don't change.

    Subzero refrigerator freezer repair.

    Fix repair responded to my initial contact within minutes and set up an appointment for the next day. Dima was the technician assigned to the job and was terrific. From the very start he communicated clearly and often. Letting me know what he thought was the problem and the steps he would take to fix it. Both the office (Shani) and Dima made sure that I was aware when the part required was ordered and when it would be picked up and when it would be installed. This was a major repair and took several hours so it was not inexpensive but I felt the pricing for time and expertise was fair. Can’t praise Dima enough. He was professional, friendly and on time. I really appreciated the service.

    Fridge repair

    The repair technician, Dima, was very nice and professional. I was also very appreciative that he explained each step as he repaired my fridge. My fridge is now working and I am very happy.

    Repair was done in same day which was important to me. Pricing for labour and parts could be better.

    Dishwasher repair

    Courteous service from beginning to end. Appreciated the reminder and confirmation call a day prior to the scheduled service day and the technician's call indicating that they were on their way. The service was performed during the 2-hour block as promised. The technician, Denys, provided exemplary service - polite, efficient and went above to ensure that the dishwasher was performing perfectly when another issue appeared during the repair. Denys came prepared with both parts that needed to be replaced so we did not have to wait for a part to be ordered and delivered. Highly recommend this company and Denys.

    Washing machine Repair

    The technician repaired our 8 year old Kenmore washing machine-- it was not draining water.. He made recommendations, and explained on the repair. He suggested and moved the machine a little closer to drainage attached to the utility sink and told us to only use the manufacture hose and remove the extension that caused the issue. And he explained that the machine will be much more healthier. He also adjusted the feet so that the machine remains stable during the spinning.

    Fridge Waterline repair

    The technician was friendly, communicative and efficient. The work was completed within the hour. Pleased with the service overall. My only regret is there was a 30 dollars off promotion on their site that didn't appear to be reflected in the bill, and I didn't notice until after I paid- but that's on me.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Arrived on time, after looking initially at the refrigerator advised me what the problem might be and the cost range of repairing, did I want to proceed. He had any needed parts with him. I did and the work was performed quickly and within the cost ranges initially provided. Left the area clean, as he found it. Very positive experience I would recommend.

    Front loader washing machine repair

    Our front loading washing machine was not draining water properly and took extra spin cycles to clear it out. We called Fix Appliances and they were excellent to deal with. We got a call back over the weekend to book the appointment and they followed up just before to confirm. Dima was the technician and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through his analysis and what he found and outlined options for the repair. We ended up replacing the pump since we had everything open and we really don't want to have the machine dumped in a landfill needlessly. Dima was great to deal with-tidy, explained all the options. Would certainly recommend and call back for other appliance needs.
