    Dishwasher repair

    The repairman was efficient and polite. He diagnosed and explained the problem, made an estimate, fixed the dishwasher and cleaned the floor. Would recommend.

    Samsung Clothes Dryer

    Had problems with the clothes dryer, as it stopped heating/drying the clothes. Thought there might be an issue with the heating element but Dima (the technician) diagnosed the problem and said the thermistor needs to be changed instead. Dima was very professional, kind and honest. He went well and beyond to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Dima to complete your repairs.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Dima was very professional. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and explained how to prevent it from happening again.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Ilya explained the problem, described what he would do to fix it and gave us the cost. He gave us updates on what he was doing as he went along, showed me the defective part and then showed me a photo on his phone of the replacement. And before putting the fridge back, he cleaned the floor! The emailed invoice included a clear and detailed account of the work done. Altogether a very professional job.

    Refrigerator

    Refrigerator broke over the weekend and we called over the weekend. The repair man came on Monday, figured out the issue and ordered parts which came 2 days later. By Friday the fridge was fixed and working well so far. The repairman was efficient and polite. Would recommend.

    Dishwasher repair

    The service provider was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated how considerate and respectful he was. (He offered to remove his shoes outside before entering.) He thoroughly explained what he would be doing for the repair and why. He was able to answer all my questions explicitly. He shared the estimate with me and ensured I understood everything before approving the work. Unfortunately, he did not offer to show me the part he was replacing nor the new replacement part he installed. When I called the following day to question this, he called my back promptly. He no longer had the part in his possession. I would suggest that this be a routine part of the service provided: to show the customer the 'damaged/malfunctioning part' as well as the newly installed part. This is common practice when having automobile repairs done. It gives the customer peace of mind that the repair is legitimate. Despite this omission, I was very impressed with the customer service provided.

    Appliance Repair

    Did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. 2 appliances fixed in one go. The technician who came to the house had excellent Customer Service. Very professional company!

    He explained to me what the problem was. Mr. Dima was friendly and he fixed the washing machine fast.

    Refriderator repair

    I was extremely happy with the service. The repair person came the morning after I called. He promptly diagnosed the problem - a burned out fan. He had the part in his truck and was able to repair the fridge on the same call.

    Fridge leaking water

    Dima came in right when they were scheduled. He was very polite and freindly. He explained the problem (needed a new part) and was able to provide a quote quickly. They knew the make and model so they had the part I'm the truck and replaced it right on the spot. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them for any other appliance needs in the future.
