GE dryer repair
Spoke to Fix Appliances a few days before and chatted with Shani on their online help messaging system to get information about my dryer. Shani took the time to answer my questions in a timely manner and gave me information about the appointment process and service fee. Called Shani back a couple of days afterwards and she booked the appointment with the technician to come out that same evening between 6 and 8. Technician called at 7:30 to explain he was running behind on a job and would be there between 8 and 8:30 and he was. The technician's name was Dima and he was very polite and courteous and listened as I explained the problem with my dryer as I had a burning smell when it turned on. Dima explained everything he was going to do and before he repaired it took 2 minutes to call into the office to get an estimate. Dima repaired my machine and also found that the outlet that the machine was plugged into was faulty and could start a fire which we had no idea. He saved us from having a major fire if left unattended. I highly recommend to call Fix Appliances for many reasons, fast, on time and the friendly thorough staff. Great work Dima !! Thank you
