    Dishwasher repair

    We had an issue with our dishwasher and Dima was able to fix our issue. He called 1/2 Hour before arriving to give is a heads up and was friendly and courteous. He was knowledgable and fixed our dishwasher saving us money.

    Dryer....replace heating element.

    Technician arrived on time and gave his estimate on the parts and labour. He replaced the heating element on our dryer quickly and tested it. Overall cost was around $480. Technician was a great guy, really nice and knowledgeable. Only problem was the call dispatcher. She didn't seem to have a clue about what hourly labour charge was or how the billing process worked. Was not impressed by her.

    we had a meile dishwasher repaired

    THe technician was a gentlemen named Dima. He arrived as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem. He explained the process to order parts and once ordered, called to confirm this had been done. He arrived as scheduled to complete the repair and did so expeditiously with no mess. He knew the product well enough to provide insights into its programming and operation. We were very pleased and frankly impressed.

    Bosch Dishwasher, Samsung Washing Machine, and two Samsung Dryers...

    Dima, the Service Tech assigned to our service call, was above and beyond amazing! He was here at our home for a total of five (5) hours, and did not leave until 9:30pm. He made sure that everything was attended to, and in working order, before he left. He walked us through the quotation process in great detail, such that we could make a decision accordingly. Fair pricing, and great service overall.

    Dryer Repair

    DMITRI was courteous, efficient, and kind m who got into the heart of the issue quickly. He explained the root cause of the problem and provided solutions without any hesitation. Awesome guy to deal with.

    Fridge repair

    Very friendly, great explanation of what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Fixed same day.

    Oven element repair

    Lower element was burnt right through. He replaced it quickly and skillfully and tested the broiler element also. Very pleasant, very polite!

    Service to washinng machine

    Technician was prompt and quickly changed the boot on the front loading washing machine. Tested and ensured repair was completed.
