Terrible attitude and service did not advise correctly and told me I misunderstood. ...more like misinformed of charges definitely a mistake using them for a diagnosis of my dryer....will spread the word to friends and family not to ever use this company extremely bad to deal with

Technician knowledgeable and professional. Very good work and efficient. Service was done in a timely manner and technician able to replace the part on the same day as the service call. Able to use the machine following. Thankyou.

Technician did not even know how to open appliance properly (opened dryer from the back only). Took over hour to evaluate a noise and did not properly put the dyer back together. i had to personally re-screw some screws and replace missing screws as well as turn back on water and fix washer (why was it touched at all??). Quote was for $200 plus $140 for a part, that actually costs $42 online in Canada. Suggested it would cost $200 dollars and another call to clean a fridge which MIGHT fix another issue with the fridge. In reality he had no clue why the fridge might be leaking. Calling this company was a total waste of time. Called another company who fixed both appliances for $250 all parts and time included, and he finished repairing both appliances in 35 minutes TOTAL TIME in house - identified both problems in seconds. Service man from Express Repair did not know what he was doing so i should not even have paid $60 + tax for the visit imho. Add in the fact he took screws and didn't even put it all back together before he left, and I definitely should not have paid the visit charge, as one would at least assume some level of competence in the job if you are paying money for their expertise. Sad experience, will never call again. Fortunately the experience it lead me to an excellent repair man in Ottawa that I will use again should I have any issues.

The technician eventually called and fixed the problem. They explained that the delay was due to the delay in shipping and they were in the process of moving their office and hence were not able to return call in time

Cleared the blocked vent system Including a dead chipmunk . Made sure the outside vent worked to prevent further access.

Quick response, came when they said they would be here, dryer worked great after service however he did not reconnect the dryer exhaust hose after servicing and he unplugged the washer's drain and did not reconnect it so when I did the first load of laundry after he left the water from the washer went all over the floor and came through the floor into the basement - luckily that part of the basement was unfinished but it was a big mess. Disappointing so that's why they don't get more stars from me.

Call the the company at 2pm today on 5pm my fridge was cold again. I was amazed how quick they responde. Igor was very professional, he respected my house, came with shoes covers, fix my fridge and gave me many advices what should we do to maintain our appliance. We would always use they service. Thank you so much.

I called Express repair because our fridge was not defrosting. They came at the time we requested they even waited for me to get home from work. They are very friendly and great customer service. They explained what was happening and in no time at all my fridge was fixed. I would call them again and I highly recommend them. Great service.
