After seeing their work, I can not recommend their company. Technician mistakenly identified problem with my washing machine. Ordered a $350+ part but when they installed it, they said that's not the problem and problem is somewhere else. Guy was polite but he didn't know what to do and I eventually gave up on them. I am waiting for refund on my credit card. I wish them best of luck

Roman did an outstanding job fixing my miele fridge / freezer. He showed up right on time, was careful to protect my floors and home, quickly found the problem and repaired it on site. Best of all he was thorough in his repair work by spending a bit more time to help ensure the problem didn't come back. Would recommend them to anyone

My Fridge stopped working on May 29. Technician arrived for same day service. After a couple of weeks the part was installed by the technician. Thank you for your services.

Amazing and quick! Basically I called around 830 and was given a service window of 10-1pm. To my delight the serviceman arrived at 10:10 and the repair was complete by 1130! It was fast and well done and I would recommend without hesitation. Thanks so much Igor and Roman for getting this done for me so quickly that I didn't even have to defrost my whole fridge.
