    Excellent service

    Peter did an excellent job repairing our GE Cafe gas range for us. We have used him before and he is always very professional, reasonable and an all around great and honest person. We highly recommend him and will use him for future repairs.

    Can always count on Peter

    Knows the appliances and comes prepared. Always looking to save me money when possible. Tells me what to look for in future purchases.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Peter answered my call, and told me what needed to be done on the phone. I texted the model and he gave me a quote. He was prompt, courteous and very COVID-19 aware. He also repaired a leaky hose while he repaired the dishwasher. This saved a plumber repair call. I highly recommend this company.

    Fridge repair

    Peter is awesome. He is punctual and courteous, highly efficient, really knows his stuff. I had an all round excellent experience with Peter and can recommend him without reservation. Above all his honesty shines through, and I would absolutely trust him with any repair. He is also great at managing communications - returning calls and texts promptly, and giving valuable advice over the phone, and being able to send pictures of my fridge model label to him made the ordering of the replacement part faster. He also offers very convenient payment via Visa card using Square on his phone - not something other repair people are up with. His cost was must more reasonable than I was expecting - he actually sourced a less expensive part and I really appreciated that because I'm a senior.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Outstanding service and great communication. Really nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. It ended up being a more complex job but he did it all within the original budget.

    element replacement

    I called Peter to request element replacement. I had been having trouble getting someone to do this as it was a bit of a specialty order and during pandemic. Peter carefully sourced the part and scheduled installation. He followed pandemic protocols and was very careful. I always appreciate working with this company.

    Electrolux Induction Oven Error 15

    I want to thank Peter and Modern Appliance for fixing the dreaded Error 15 message for our Electrolux Induction Oven. From the minute, I called Peter, he knew the problem and the appropraite protocals to fix it. Peter sourced the replacement part from out of province and was able to fix the error and get our oven running again. I would recommend Peter and Modern Appliance team to anyone looking for professionable and reliable service!

    Peter provided a great service throughout. He tracked down a part that was difficult to find, communicated well with me in coordinating the work, came on time and was pleasant to deal with, and provided a professional and successful repair. Excellent!
