Very bad installations and horrible customer service

Hello Mr/ Mrs. Woojae, we would like to thank you for your feedback. However we would like to clarify a few things. Firstly that our warranties aren't 25 years, unless your mistaken with the shingle manufactor warranty. On the second note we would also like to apologies, but we do not cover wind damage since it's an act of mother nature and is clearly outline in our warranty. The wind storm we recently just (beginning of May) exceed most modern day shingle limitation, but regardless we always help out our customer offering free temp repair. On the final note, we are sorry that we weren't apply to get to you, on a timely matter due to the high volume of calls.
