    Very bad installations and horrible customer service

    I have had roof re-installed in 2012 with 3 layers in 25 year warranty. 1. Very Bad installations In my area I'm The Only One damaged by wind on 2018-05. I reported it on Monday and they promised to do a temp repair in a few days. 2. Worst customer service After 1 week there was no response, I contacted them several times but no proper response at all. One of the Biggest mistakes in my life is that re-roofing was done by Professional roofers.

Firstly that our warranties aren't 25 years, unless your mistaken with the shingle manufactor warranty. On the second note we would also like to apologies, but we do not cover wind damage since it's an act of mother nature and is clearly outline in our warranty. The wind storm we recently just (beginning of May) exceed most modern day shingle limitation, but regardless we always help out our customer offering free temp repair. On the final note, we are sorry that we weren't apply to get to you, on a timely matter due to the high volume of calls.     be careful about Professional Roofers - charge you with different excuses when you need to use warranty for their installed product

    this company give you warranty for their installation but when you call for any help they look for excuse to charge you again. paid originally $5000 .shingle damaged and called them they did not helped and called shingle factory iko and the asked for proof of purchase . asked professional roofer again for a copy of purchase. accountant said we need again $480 to provide the paper ! and this was consulted with owner ! sorry for owner of professional roofer to make money with this way even !

A windstorm that left path of destruction across the southern Ontario, the GTA included, and affected hundreds of thousands of homes. Our company provides a warranty protection measure specifically for labour related matters. Any circumstances that are beyond the installer's control such as shingles damage by animals, or severe windstorm damage are excluded. Following a windstorm damage, in all cases, the homeowner is responsible to make a choice between one of two options; go through the insurance, or pay the cost of repair out of your own pocket. In most cases, the cost of repairing missing shingles is less than the standard home insurance deductible of $1000. We understand that most homeowners only consider using their home insurance for claims which they cannot afford to pay for themselves. As a result, intentionally or unintentionally, it becomes your human nature to look for someone else—it makes no difference who; the roof installer, or the shingles manufacturer—to pay for your property damages when you have not done anything wrong, especially when you’ve been paying for home insurance all this time without submitting a claim. All circumstances aside, we do not believe that your comments or your review rating reflect the true nature of events.

    Poor installation

    I had the complete roof including the wood replaced in 2015. Two days back the strong winds came and blew off the shingles. I have 15 years warranty on the work. now the company says they don't cover winds blowing off shingles. Well then what does the warranty cover? All other neighbors in the street have old roofs their roof did not blow off. How come only my new roof shingles blew off. Their installation is poor that's why and now they don't honour their warranty.

The winds were reported over 115km, which exceed most modern day shingles limitations. However we always aim to help our customers regardless, even though we do not cover wind damage, since its beyond our control.     Roof Repair

    The company sent a crew to repair my roof. They arrived and completed the job in sub-zero weather. The repaired areas fell off within 2 weeks. They claim this is not warranted work as it is a repair and will not return to fix their original work unless I pay $950.00. Neither the owner or any supervisor will contact me and the agent on the phone has told me they are too busy to deal with this complaint. The bottom line: They are too big a company to care about repeat business. I still don't have a repaired roof.

    Don't go anywhere near them!

    Terrible, terrible, terrible. They charged our card in advance of the job. They did a temporary fix on our roof - WITHOUT EVER COMMUNICATING this. We had paid in advance with the expectation that the work would be done. These guys said they would come back in a few weeks. We got a total run-around. Very deceptive - don't make the mistake we did by calling them. We will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

    Terrible installation

    Very disappointed!! My neighbour beside me and I had our roof done on the same day. Then 2 other neighbours had their roof done by this company as well and we are all having problems, compare to other neighbours. Over the years they had to come out couple of times to replace fallen shingles at my house and my next door neighbour’s house. service is good but their installation is questionable. They were very quick in installing and this may be the reason for shingles flying off the roof. We are finding lot of shingles with tape still on them and the shingles are lifting, they may have been cheap with nails.

The purpose of that tape, is to ensure the shingles don't sticked together, when they come in there packaging.     Horribble! Horribble! Company that loots people!

    These guys give a quote on the phone and come to your home to collect the cash right away without rendering any services. They charge400 % more for the job. When the customers questions them, they keep the money without providing services. They should not be in business.

    Poor Roof

    I installed a roof with this company 8 years ago. They charged me more than others but I was hoping for a better service. Since day one, shingles have been taking off while my neighbors's roofs were holding fine. Recently, they refused to honor the warranty and made me pay big money for the extensive damage my house sustains every time the wind picks up. Yesterday, the wind was high. All my neighbors have one or two shingles missing. My house had over 30 of them ripped off and I may need a new roof less than 8 years of having installed a new one. My house is in the middle of the street and it does not face stronger winds than others.

    5 years later after a wind storm and still happy

    5 years ago Diego came out and replaced the shingles on my roof. Over the past few years my neighbors have gone with the cheapest quote. Today, we have had 90 km/h sustained winds. My neighbors have lost 20-30 shingles each and will now have to pay again. They currently have bare plywood exposed today with rain and water entering at the seams, damaging their insulation and ceilings. I lost 1 shingle and my under pad is still 100%. I stand behind Professional Roofers. You get what you pay for.

    Shoddy work on flat roof

    Professional Roofers came and resurfaced our flat tar/gravel roof with a 2-layer membrane roof in November 2016. In April 2018 it sprung a leak around a plumbing vent-stack during a severe weather event, where ice appears to have damaged improperly installed roofing materials.
