Before moving personal residences in November, 2007, I hired FM to replace three windows which were particularly old and drafty. I was so favourably impressed by the friendly and efficient service and quality of windows I received that I hired FM to replace all of the remaining windows at my former residence. Once again, the service was superb, and the windows were so energy efficient that my heating bill dropped even more than I had anticipated. I should say as well that the newly installed FM windows were a very attractive selling feature of my former residence.
When I moved to my new house last November, there was no question that I needed to replace a number of the windows - some were over fifty years old - and, likewise, there was no question that I would look to FM to do the work. This marked the third time that I hired FM to do replacement window work for me, and I was as pleased the third time around as I was on the first occasion I used this company. The workers were friendly and polite, and they were naturally sensitive to such things as removing their shoes when working inside the home and cleaning up after themselves. And the windows... my gosh, what a fine product!! Again, my heating costs have spiralled downward very nicely, and I receive compliment after compliment on how beautiful my new windows look.
I have never before written any kind of review for any company in the past, but I felt an irresistable urge to send this in for FM simply in order to lend my support to a Canadian company doing such outstanding work.
