I reached out to RCC a few weeks back over concerns that my house had experienced a leak of some kind before I took possession of it in the spring of this year. It was decided, because of the construction of the windows at ground level with no window wells installed when the house was built, that installing a window well at the most vulnerable location would be best. A representative came out, did an assessment, provided a detailed quote of what had to be done, how and with what materials, plus a price estimate that was half of what another company was asking for the same work. I signed the contract and soon had the job done. The workers were fast, but efficient, cleaning the work area before installing the well and cleaning the whole site afterwards. Each step was documented with photos and explained to me as the work progressed. I would easily recommend RCC and its services for the level of care, professionalism and concern over making sure I was being served at every stage in the process of completing the assessment, booking the appointment, and completing the job afterwards.
