I first decided to try RCC when I saw all the trucks and staff pictured in one of their ads. I did my research and realized they had been around for a lot of years. That said they were likely a professional company, not a fly-by-night like others that work out of a rusted pickup truck. Following my phone call to schedule an appointment, I could sense their integrity and professionalism. My education background includes various Engineering disciplines. That means I can ask tough questions and know what the answers should be before they're given. RCC's Sales team was consistently hitting 100 with their answers. Full points there. When more complex issues were explained to me and I did my research to see if they were telling it straight, they were. More Kudos. Now let's consider they guys that actually entered the house to do the work we contracted for. Instead of rambling on, let me silly supply the words I would give them full marks for: 25+ years with the company, dedication, well trained, communicative, personable, immediately able to give answers to my every inquiry, professionally attired, neat, consistently outstanding team spirit and work ethic. etc. Was there anything I would say they fell short of; nope. You don't know me but I am an easygoing guy but I demand a lot from the trades I partner with. These guys never let me down, Not from the execs, to sales, to accounting and to their on-site teams. 100%
