    Basement Waterproofing

    George and his crew came in to waterproof our leaky basement in early January. We had only recently finished our basement, but unfortunately it hadn't been waterproofed as we expected. George came in and immediately assessed the situation, and proposed a solution. He and his crew fit us in quickly, which was great. They were on time, responsive, hard-working and very clean. They finished earlier than expected as well, which is definitely uncommon. We have been very happy with the finished product. We have had no water penetrate into the basement. I would highly recommend using RCC (and in particular George and his crew)

    RCC - Exceptional Service & Workmanship

    After more than twenty years in our home, we discovered a serious problem with water seepage and moisture in our basement. Our basement is fully finished, which added to the complexity of the situation. Following extensive research and multiple quotes from different waterproofing companies, we decided to put our trust in RCC and we are so glad we did! First, the level of service that we received from Den, the Operations Supervisor, was exceptional. This started from the time of the original assessment and contract negotiations to the last detail of the job and payment collection. Den was patient and very hands-on making sure that everything was done well and we were satisfied. This also included arranging to brace our neighbor’s retaining wall to prevent it from leaning once they removed our adjacent concrete walkway to complete the job. The crew was exceptional. Darwin, the foreman, was engaged throughout and attentive to every detail. He also communicated with us regularly to explain and advise on certain bespoke elements of the job. The crew worked extremely well together and displayed a high level of pride and enthusiasm for their work. A shout out to Mark and the others for their hard work! In the end, the crew executed a very challenging and complex operation that involved removing a lot of pattern concrete and tunneling underneath our rear balcony. When they were finished, the clean-up job was thorough. Even our neighbors on both sides of our home commented on how well they executed and cleaned-up with little disruption to them. We highly recommend RCC to anyone that requires waterproofing. Their experienced, highly service oriented and get the job done right with pride!

    Amazing job done in outside waterproofing

    We called RCC when we had water in the basement of our 70+ years old house. Since we dealt with RCC in another property a few years ago, we knew we were in good hands. They use excellent products and provide lifetime warranty. Joe contacted us quickly and provided a detailed written quote. He was extremely professional, courteous and honest. Joe was very responsive to all the questions we had. Bruno and his team did an amazing job in 3 days. Bruno was easy to talk to and his knowledge was notable. The team worked hard within the space around the property. Bruno was there to guide them. They protected the fence and floors and cleaned up everything. They even dug our tulips to be transplanted somewhere else. A sump pump with battery backup pump were also installed. We recommend RCC! They are professional, true to their word and most important: they do it right.

    Waterproofing and Repair House Foundation

    "Simply the Best" is their motto and simple the best is what they deliver. RCC waterproofing consultant Sammy was friendly, confident and knowledgeable. He walked us through the work that his crew would be doing. The RCC waterproofing crew did a fantastic job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for any of your basement/ foundation issues. I can now enjoy my basement again with no water damage worries.

    Basement Waterproofing

    We have engaged Ramy and his team at RCC to waterproof a ICF basement foundation that was not waterproofed by the original builder. I must say the have been amazing to work with.

    Waterproofing our basement

    We found two different leaks in our basement. Ramy came for an estimate on both occasions quickly. Explained everything what needed to be done and put our mind at ease. We can’t thank him enough.     Water proofing my basement

    Recently had a job done by RCC. My basement had a problem for a long time and I decided to get a few people to give me a quote. After speaking with Anthony from RCC he advised us on the best options and best direction to take as well and gave a fair quote. After giving the job to RCC I was really impressed with Anthony and the crew. They were efficient and thorough. A job very well done. It's so great to have this problem resolved. I highly recommend!

    Wonderful Crew and Team! Basement not a lost cause ?

    We bought our first home about 4 years ago and have had nothing but basement issues since...the last home owner was very much a bandaid fixer at best...and our issues didnt come up in home inspection. Justin helped us out big time with multiple walk throughs, taking the time to explain the actual issues, and very patient as we did our best to get paperwork and finances in order. When it came time for the work to begin Chris and his crew were just phenomenal. Chris brought me and/or my husband down at every milestone to review what was done, and explain any findings along the way. They were considerate and truly kind gentlemen that made wonderful and thoughtful "house guests" while they worked hard to get the job done (laying down tarp walkway from outside to basement, leaving our basement CLEANER than we gave it to them, going above and beyond in the small things). Wonderful guys and never had any concern or doubt with having them in my house, or the quality of work they did.

    Leaky Basement

    RCC was the 3rd company that came by to review my water issues. Every company was recommending different solutions, which left me confused. RCC sent George, and I am happy they did. He explained everything, took his time and did not press me to decide on the spot. Cris, the crew leader, was great too. Every time I asked him something, he stopped working and made time to talk to me. I couldn't be happier. Thank you RCC, George and Cris. I will recommend RCC to my family and friends.
