I called RCC and received a call from Justin Stokes promptly. Since I don't live at the property where the work was being done, Justin went over there himself and called me once he examined the situation. He was knowledgeable and direct about what had to be done. Everything was written down on a contract in detail. I gave him the "go ahead" and then he advised me as to when the company would be arriving to do the work. When the men finished the job, the site was pretty clean. Best of all, the waterproofing worked and I have a dry basement. I even called Justin to tell him how pleased I was. I would definitely use RCC Waterproofing again on one of my other houses.

Hired RCC.. Justin Stokes was prompt in arriving and helpful with diagnosing the problem. That was followed up with the crew that arrived and completed the work in an excellent and professional manner. I would recommend RCC to anyone in the future with similar issues.

From the minute we called RCC until today we have had friendly, fast, and professional service. When Danny showed up he was able to tell us what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and how much it would cost. When the crew showed up to do the job they were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The work of fixing our leaky foundation was done quickly and the clan up was perfect. Phoned RCC to have a water leak fixed and was very pleased with the politeness of the person who answered the phone. I received a call from Jamie H soon after and set an appointment to see what I needed to get done and give me an estimate . There were drips of water coming from the back wall whenever it rained heavily. Jamie (Supervisor) came to inspect. Informed me of what the problem was and suggested a solution that was within my budget. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and was so polite and seem to genuinely care. Roger with an assistant came and completed the work on time. They were both so knowledgeable, neat and tidy. The work was guaranteed in writing for a period of 25 years by RCC. The drips of water stopped even after several heavy rains. I strongly and highly recommend this company.

In a time of need, Jaime H was extremely helpful to me and my family as we navigated the issues of a wet basement and personal possession safety and storage. Great service and follow up by Jaime and RCC minimized the emotional and physical impact to us all.

Jeffery was accommodating and prompt throughout the process. There was some confusion on an original date that we discussed to do the waterproofing and he took care of it immediately. He organized the best crew to come and complete the work and understood the requests we had with the care of our property and our neighbors.The only constructive criticism I would give is for him to be more genuine in his delivery when speaking to customers; we found him to be asking questions for the sake of asking and not extremely interested in the answer. Overall Jeff was excellent from start to finish and understands what it means to deliver quality work. The installers were exceptional. They answered all my questions and took care of our property without any negativity or rebuttal when I asked for certain things to be considered and to be put back in a certain way. We are extremely particular with our home and expectations are hardly matched when we hire any company to work for us. This is not a clean job and extra care was taken when digging the dirt out and placement of it. RCC Waterproofing not only delivered quality work with their service and product; but gave us a very customer oriented crew which was much appreciated ...even if they killed our delicate Japanese tree peony! Just kidding guys, we know you tried to save it and we thank you again for all your hard work. We would recommend RCC Waterproofing for anyone looking for a company that delivers what they promise which these days hardly ever happens and they should be commended for giving us an excellent experience.

Working with Jamie made the whole experience with RCC great. From the time he quoted me to the billing point, he was straight forward and competent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

In 2015 I found a crack in my basement foundation. In 2012 I contacted RCC Waterproofing and the saleperson who did the site visit was named JAMIE HALLETT so I made sure to contact him again for this NEW crack. He assessed the damage. Provided a variety of solutions. Helped me determine the best course of action. Co-ordinate the repair dates & times. The team executed the repair and 6 months later there's no sign of any more water. I would HIGHLY recommend both JAMIE HALLET and RCC Waterproofing without hesitation.

December 10, 2015 Job done in November 2015 Just wanted to let people know what an absolutely wonderful experience i had with this company and its employees. My first interaction was with Jamie. Jamie was quite simply amazing. He walked me through every aspect of the project explaining all the steps and materials required to do the job properly. He was so professional that i knew right away that he was the man i wanted to hire. I was even more impressed when i received the quote and realized he was very competitive with all the other quotes I received. I have worked with many different trades people and companies and i can honestly say he was probable the best first contact i ever had. The project went according to plan and Peter and his crew even worked through the weekend to complete the project(due to some poor weather during the week). Peter was another amazing member of the RCC team as he and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure ever aspect of the job was perfectly done. No corners were cut and what i was told i was getting was exactly what i got (for those of you who have done renovations in the past, you will appreciate how rarely this happens). Jamie and Peter were both just amazing people who care about the quality of there work and there customers. To say i would recommend them would be an understatement.
