In May of this year we had our basement waterproofed on the inside of our basement by RCC. We were very pleased with all the employees that made the repair. We are now putting down a new floor and noticed 2 spots where the floor was not level. We contacted Jeff our salesman and returned the call promptly. He had Sam the field supervisor at our door within the hour. Sam said he would send a crew over to fix it. Billy and Josh arrived and made the repairs as required, Billy and Josh were efficient, quick and polite. We would like to thank Jeff, Sam, Billy and Josh. We hired Jamie and his crew from RCC to do some waterproofing for our 100 year old house. We were also hoping that they would enlarge one of our basement windows to bring a new washer and dryer since we could not fit full sized machines down our stairs. The team from RCC was terrific. They enlarged our window space, brought in our new machines, installed a new window AND did our waterproofing. Our foundation was in pretty poor shape and they were worried about tamping down the soil, preferring to let it settle in naturally. They promised to come back in 3 months to remove any excess soil that had not resettled and put our fence back. We had our doubts, but since we had read such great reviews we hoped for the best! Sure enough three months later after a quick e-mail reminder to Jamie, our excess soil was removed and our fence was back in place. Thanks RCC - great job!

The initial consult was professional and the price was excellent. The next part was a nightmare as we were supposed to receive 48 hours notice before coming. We received an EMAIL the night before they were coming and had to scramble as one of us wanted to be there. Work was done, cigarette butts left all over the place. They called wanting payment but I informed them I hadn't received the final bill. Informed me the contract was the bill. Promised to come back in the spring to level but didn't. Called them 10 months later and they promised to come on that Saturday. Called my cell, didn't leave message. Called them back and was told they couldn't come. This repeated itself for the Tuesday . Finally, after 2 cancellations without notice, and threats of escalation Joey finally showed up and finished the work. Still issues with it but I'm not calling them again.

I thought that Jeffrey did an excellent job as consultant. Not only was he prompt and personable, but he knew what he was doing and gave good advice. The men who did the repairs were hardworking. As far as they were concerned, I would have liked a phone call to tell us when thy were to arrive, since that would have prevented some damage to the side of our driveway. The return call in the spring to correct winter settling was appreciated. There again, a call before they came would have made things a bit better, since the men did not bring enough soil to totally correct the winter slumping. They said that they had not been told that that would be necessary. The overall result has been very good; the basement has remained dry in spite of heavy rains and everyone was easy to work with. The one area that I could see improved was communication when the workmen were about to arrive. Then we could have avoided our two disappointments. However, I would still recommend the company for its quality of result and reliability of guarantee.

We hired RCC Waterproofing to fix a leak in our basement after getting several estimates (one in particular that was WAY overpriced). Their consultant Robert showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the process and did not pressure us at all. A date for the work was set and they called the day before to say they would be there in the afternoon to begin and they were. I was impressed when they put down plywood to ensure the excavation process would not ruin our grass and they took the time to properly fix issues in our foundation. I must commend the TNT (Dynamite) crew on their work ethic and efficiency.

I want to thank Richard the salesman at RCC Waterproofing for taking the great amount of care and time when he came to our home for an estimate. Our problem was a little tricky but he was the only one to "get it right". We had four other companies out to have a look and give their assesment. Sam and his crew took the extra steps of making sure they did not put anything on our neighbors property during the work as we had asked them to. (we have had some issues with the neighbor unfortunately). Even though this made their work more difficult and time consuming for them. However, the end result is excellent! Thank you RCC and thanks for your great care and patience. I will recommend RCC to friends and anyone who has a water leak in their basement. Jeff.D

RCC Waterproofing completed work on the outside of our house in Toronto. We were very happy with their workers and the way their team communicated with us and with each other. Their cleanup was really great and it was a good experience to have them do the work.

We had exterior waterproofing done to our basement by RCC are very happy with the service provided. The guys did a quality job and didn't take any shortcuts. At the end of the job (after 3 days), they left the site clean and removed all debris. I would definitely recommend them.

I volunteered to write this testimonial for the exterior restoration and waterproofing job that RCC Waterproofing Inc. completed on my Stoney Creek home in June 2015. First of all, I would like to commend you (Robert Doane) for your professionalism and above and beyond client service. As we had the job scheduled for when we would be away on vacation, we entrusted you with a key to our home for the AC disconnect/connect and any emergencies. You were true to your word and emailed pictures of the job progress every day and also contacted me the couple of times that a minor decision came up. The workmanship on the job was also excellent and our basement has been dry with no water leaks or moisture since the work was completed despite all the heavy rainfall! The cleanup was also very tidy with no materials left around. I would definitely recommend Robert and RCC Waterproofing for their great customer care and excellent service and workmanship.

I called RCC (and several others) after several years of dealing with a leaky basement. Robert from RCC showed up quickly to asses the problem and provided me with 3 separate estimates for fixing it. Though RCC wasn't the cheapest we decided to go ahead with them as they were the only ones who gave us options. Many of the other quotes were not taking into consideration that we were about to do a complete basement reno and wanted it protected. There crew showed up as scheduled, were extremely polite and kept us informed during the entire process. Clean up was better than we expected given the fact the we had our entire home dug up. So far we have been through several rain storms and not a single problem. Extremely glad we chose RCC, will recommend them to anyone who needs waterproofing done!
