We had a leak in our finished rec room that would only leak after heavy rains with a certain driving rain. Another company wanted to tear out our drywall across the whole side of the house and put a pipe going to a sump pump. Although it may have worked, Richard the salesman from Rcc saved us a lot of money by taking his time and looking outside and took away a small piece of our wall and baseboard to pinpoint the cause of the water. It was a crack that couldn't be seen inside initially of course and after also digging down outside near the problem, he confirmed it was just a crack. The job only took a few hours and Sam (I think that was his name!) the worker did a nice job. Clean and neat. We now have a dry basement. Thanks Rcc Waterproofing!! -Maria. A, Hamilton.

I was very happy with the level of service and response from the estimator. He was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, I was not as happy with some of the details of the actual work. In particular the Delta membrane was installed such that there were bumps and ridges making the replacement of the studs very challenging. I believe they "rushed" the installation to get it done in 1.5 days when they originally quoted 3 maybe 4 days. When I communicated my concern, Robert was very responsive and came back to address some issues. However, by then, the cement had already set and there wasn't a lot that could be done.

We just moved in to a new home (which is 20 yrs old) and our home inspector suggested to fill the crack in the basement even though there was no leakage. I came across RCC , gentleman Mauro came to my home to give quote, we decided date for the work. As per schedule On Saturday 8 AM in the morning two experiences and skilled professional Chris I and John H came to do the work. Both are very nice attention to detail and love their jobs. Done very excellent job and got guarantee for 25 years. They did above and beyond our expectation job with precuation to avoid leakage. I would recommend this company, they know what they are doing!!

After years of living with a damp basement, I decided it was time to waterproof my home (including installation of a new sump system), after a particularly wet spring. RCC representative, Robert, arrived at my home on time, for a consultation and spent considerably more time in his assessment than any of the other companies that I had contacted for estimates. I was given a full explanation of how their waterproofing system would work as well as what to expect regarding permits, neighboring property, etc. I decided to waterproof all four sides of my home which included removal of a section of my shared driveway. Sam and his crew were highly skilled and professional, taking the time to answer any questions I had as the job progressed. The job was scheduled for four days and was completed on time and on budget. The crew thoroughly cleaned up around my home and the neighbors were impressed with how well the crew protected the work area with sheets of plywood. We've since had a few rainstorms and the waterproofing/sump pump system has worked exactly as promised. My only regret is that I did not do this years ago.

WOW! What a wonderful experience for a "had to do" job! The group "TNT" (Tony, Nathan & Tim) were awesome!! Totally professional, personable and wonderful workers! Best of all, this was a Team that you can see, respect each other and work well together. Our Request, required to waterproof our basement and put in new weeping tiles. They kept me informed regarding each step of the job, what to expect and never stopped! A hard working bunch! and killer heat! 2 days, they were in did the job and out. They cleaned up the property, protected what was important to us and were considerate of our neighbor's property as well. And they suggested a perfect solution to our cold storage for ventilation that we have been trying to address for 5 years! Thank you so much RCC Waterproofing for the job done in Niagara Falls and the "TNT" Team! Very satisfied and we have peace of mind that the job was done right, worth every penny!!

August 2015. Rick, Chris and John from RCC were so great right through the entire process of assessment to digging to explaining why/how of each step - they were patient with all my questions and encouraged me to document the whole process so I could stay on top of all work over the 2 day project. I cannot stress how respectful and professional Rick, Chris and John (and team) are; they even extended courtesies to my neighbours and were thoughtful of everyone on our street's time and space whether it was parking their trucks or noise levels or cleanup. Many cracks in our foundation showed us this job was very much needed but I am confident now that all our basement water issues are well and truly behind us; I am happy to recommend RCC to all those who are looking for a trusted company to fix their leaky basements!

We are extremely pleased with RCC's exterior water proofing job completed on our house. They delivered what they promised 100% on time and on budget. We had excessive moisture in our basement, an actual mushroom was growing above the floor tiles ! Pete's crew was very professional and worked diligently to resolve our problem. Since there was no room for a backhoe they had to excavate by hand 6 ft down to the footing. RCC also gave us an extensive guarantee on the water proofing which will make our home more attractive if we ever need to sell it. We would definitely recommend RCC to any household experiencing moisture problems.

I just had the leak fixed in my basement..something I've been meaning to do for a while, but was dreading the inconvenience. Justin Stokes was my main point of contact and he did a great job. He was able to give me an estimate when it was convenient for me..(7:00 pm). I live in a freehold town house and only have access to my backyard through my house, so once the deck was removed for the men to dig down and repair the cracks, that would mean I couldn’t let my dogs out back ..so even at 11pm..they had to get their leashes on and go for a walk. Justin was excellent when I mentioned this to him and he organized the workmen to come right away..I couldn’t have asked for better service. Justin called to be sure everything was ready for the men, and through his questions I discovered I might not have removed enough of the deck, (my fault)..I was worried I might have to lose my appointment but Justin made a few phone calls and called me back and said not to worry. He asked the crew to please bring extra tools just in case. The two men showed up on time, laid drop sheets on my floors, and got right to work. They did have to remove a bit more of the deck and did so without one complaint. They showed me what they had done, cleaned everything up and were off! Not such the inconvenience I thought after all. I would definitely recommend Justin and RCC to all my friends and neighbours. Thanks very much!!

I would highly recommend RCC. Their assessor worked with me to carefully identify the cause of the basement flooding and scoped the work accordingly, so unnecessary work was avoided. The company also showed flexibility in tailoring their contract to meet my particular needs, including having them work cooperatively with another contractor (our plumber). Finally, their price was reasonable, they started and finished on time, they did a professional job which stopped the leak, and they fully documented their work with photos so I could see exactly what they did when I was not present. Reliable and honest.

RCC provided excellent advice and service. The crew was very efficient and careful. They made sure the work was completed properly, and they did an excellent job to make sure there was no mess left for us to clean up. I would recommend RCC very highly.
