RCC has been one of the most disappointing home renovations of my life. The relief I feel when it rains and I'm not standing in my basement with a wet vac cannot be put into words. I am thrilled with that. But my happiness ends there. While their initial work was quick, everything after that has been a struggle. After waiting months and months for them to finish the concrete, which I specified I needed to be home for, they came one day while I was at work and made an absolute mess of things. Left foam sticking out and decided, without asking me, to grade away from the building leaving massive gaps between my house and the concrete. Caulking that I would have been able to complete on my own can no longer be done by me but a job so small, I can't get a professional to come and do it. They also destroyed some of the new stucco wall during the initial weeping tile installation. While this wasn't terribly surprising given the job, they had promised us, in person, that our house would look exactly the same afterwards as it did before, only with new concrete. Which was important as the exterior of the house was brand new and really beautifully finished. They 'corrected' the stucco by adding a colour I can only describe as mouldy brown. Had they fixed it on a day I was home, as I had asked, I would've been able to give them the remaints of the EXACT stucco used as I had left over from when the job was done. RCC promised to fix the stucco (properly) and do the caulking. But two years later I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. I have a three inch gap in the concrete and mouldy looking stucco. They have promised on two separate occasions that someone would be there THE NEXT DAY only to have no one show up. The work is solid. I'm thrilled that my basement doesn't leak. But it's been two years and the job is not done and they have been miserable to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone for this reason.

We are happy with the company's Job. The work was great. Alex and Paco did an owe some job, they are fast and they leave the place clean . The price we paid was reasonable.

RCC fixed our leaky basement with an internal waterproofing system. They were tidy, quick, and very accommodating when we had to have other work done around their work. The guys came in on a Saturday to finish the work because other services were delayed and didn't have any problems doing so. Professional and efficient.

These are are really good. They installed a sump-pump and weeping tile to our furnace room last year and did a great job. With more rain this year, the one wall that wasn't leaking started leaking this year. So we called RCC and they were able to come the very next day.They were so professional and fast. A bunch of great guys. Would totally recommend them!

Rick came and gave an estimate, discussed options and what was covered. Transferable warranty when house is sold is great along with 25 year warranty. I checked out 5 companies in total and went with RCC. Crew: Christopher, John and Kyto were outstanding. I was home and they explained as they went. Showed where I had issues and made repairs. In the spring of next year when all settles I will have them come back and complete the project because of the settling. The clean up was exceptional!!!! Even my neighbor came and commented on how exceptional it was. They were the best crew ever!!!! With the quality of work, knowledge and history of the company I know RCC will be around for many more years to come and I have already passed on their name to 2 friends who need work. Should I need more work I will certainly be a repeat customer. Isn't a satisfied customer your best and most reliable reference? Service was well worth the cost!

Timely and professional service! Price was better than the other companies I called and Justin Stoks really guided me and made sure I was happy after the crew came and finished up. They were very fast and professional and I'd recommend Justin to anyone.

I am happy I hired RCC. Justin was really helpful in diagnosing the problem. In fact, he is the reason I went with RCC over other companies. He really took the time to understand my issue. The crew showed up on time and exceeded my expectations. They even impressed my neighbour and trust me, he ain't easy to please.

We decided on RCC because of several video references we viewed on the net and because is was the only company on "Mike Holmes" site that was listed for waterproofing. Shortly after we made contact with the company a consultant (Jeff) arrived to go through our options and make recommendations. A few weeks later a crew of three (Billy, Ryan & Rick) arrived to start the work on waterproofing our basement wall. They were professional, thorough, courteous and friendly. They worked hard and completed the project in one day, cleaning up the site when they finished. My wife and I are very pleased with RCC and would recommend this company. Our basement is dry!!

This is an honest company. Rick came to the house to assess some cracks in our foundation. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. After inspecting the cracks he gave us an honest assessment. No work was required at this time. He spent time explaining our situation. We appreciate it! If future work is required we will definitely use this company Thank you Rick!
