We have nothing but good to say about our experience with Mauro from RCC Waterproofing and would definitely recommend RCC to others. Mauro answered our concerns and put us at ease immediately. His crew Joe and his brother, arrived on time and explained exactly what they were going to do while digging outside. They ran into a snag and unable to dig as far down as they needed. Joe called Mauro and they went into Plan B to correct the situation from inside. Joe and his brother were very friendly and mannerly and most important, very knowledgeable of their trade. Most years during the spring thaw, I would have water seep in at the base of my cement stairs in the basement. I called RCC and Robert Doane came to look at my problem. Robert called to let me know when to expect him and was promptly here. He discussed in detail what was causing the problem and made suggestions as to what RCC could do to remediate the issue. He left me with a couple of well explained options to consider. I decided to go with one of the options and was in a time crunch to have it completed before returning to work, but Robert made it happen. Billy and Rich came to do the work and were very competent. They were polite and very neat, completing the job of removing cement along the wall, installing the weeping tile, cementing back over it all and replacing my existing sump pump all in the one day. I have been more than pleased to go through the spring thaw and a couple of hefty rainfalls without seeing a drop come in my basement. Many, many thanks to Robert and the team of Billy and Rich for making my basement a worry free zone for all the springs to come! I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have waterproofing work done.

I would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing! Their estimator/expert Rick was very easy to reach and quick to come in for an appointment to have a look at the work needed. He provided a reasonable quote, and did not suggest any unnecessary add-ons. They repaired my basement using their internal waterproofing method, and came extremely quickly to do so. Marco was the lead on the project, and the guys were very mindful about keeping my house clean. They even did some extra stuff for me without my asking, or for asking for extra payment. Very friendly, efficient, and PROFESSIONAL. It would be a mistake to go with anyone else!

I live in an old home and have been plagued with water seepage under the concrete porch into the root cellar. I sought 3 different estimates before deciding to go with RCC. I was impressed with Justin and his knowledge and the options he provided to resolve the issue. He was consistent in his communication and followup. Today the job was completed by Eddy and Giovanni. They arrived on schedule, very professional and polite in their dealings with me, explained the job and gave me regular updates as the job progressed. Rick was our waterproofing consultant who was very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring throughout the entire project. He kept on top of things and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I am thankful to Rick and RCC for sending a very competent group of workers to install a complete water control/sump pump system in my basement. Chris, Marco, John, Raymond and Nicola were a very professional, competent and hard-working team. They are very efficient at what they do, and have mastered all the techniques right down to the last detail. They have combined the art of working fast and paying close attention to every last detail. Considering the scope of the work that had to be done, they left behind a relatively clean space by laying down drop clothes and cleaning up the work area as they progressed. The whole group presented themselves well and were always courteous, taking the time to explain the process to me along the way. I would highly recommend this company and this group of workers!

Overall, the waterproofing job seems very good. There were problems getting calls returned and problems resolved, but RCC came through in the end, and I am happy with the job they did.

We have had work by RCC twice. In March 2014 the driveway side of our home and February 2015 the back of our home waterproofed. Working with RCC has been a pleasure. All started with Jamie in sales, Bruno & his crew in March 2014 and in February 2015 the crew of Marco & Chris. They will be back to complete when the ground has thawed and the dirt settles. Every time I have called questions are answered and concerns taken care of. I would recommend RCC Waterproofing to anyone looking for a professional job.

About 5 years ago we had RCC carry out a very difficult and challenging waterproofing job on the entire exterior of our bungalow foundation. We had them remove both old concrete stairs and they carried out the procedure completely around the house including the front porch/fruit cellar section. Since then new stairs and new driveway were installed. RCC exceeded our expectations and we have not had any problems since. Thanks go out to Dan, Sam, and the hard working field crew for making it all happen.

This company was retained to deal with basement water problems, namely water issues in an cement cold storage room located under the front steps. Efforts to stop the problem with a liner on the outside wall did not work effectively. It installed an inside liner by digging a trench in the cement floor, laying weeping tiles, cementing over the trench as installing a plastic liner throughout the room whereby any moisture coming through the walls would be trapped behind the liner and drain into the tiles which in turn drained into the sump pump well. Not as messy as it sounds. This company appeared knowledgeable, provided an on-site estimate, a relatively early work date, and did the work as promised and in a day, with minimal disruption and mess, though I can see where larger or more open projects might be messy. I was impressed with their work and professionalism and with the personable workers who did the job. The result has been the end of our water problems. It was a very pleasant contractor experience after the many unsatisfactory ones that we had had.

Overall I am very pleased with RCC Waterproofing. Justin, the sales person and consultant was very helpful from the very first phone call, suggesting what I should do in preparation for the upcoming contractor's work. He was punctual for our appointment when he came over to do an assessment of the situation, and explained in clear terms the details of their upcoming work. The quote that he gave me was very fair and reasonable given the complexity of the work involved. As my appointed date came closer, I found myself in an emergency with the water in our basement and I had to call RCC to ask that they come sooner than our agreed date. DJ in operations was very understanding and helpful and dispatched 2 contractors the very next day. The contractors showed up on time, worked very hard to finish the job on the same day, and left a clean place after they finished. Justin was again very helpful with his follow ups to ensure that I was pleased and happy with the work that was done. On top of all this, the 25 year warranty that they offer gives me a great peace of mind. I highly recommend RCC, they are knowledgeable and professional.
