My experience with RCC Waterproofing has been exceptional. I had a few companies come out to quote but I felt most comfortable with the salesmen from RCC and they gave me the lowest price. I was given a start date very quickly and communication was impeccable. The work was done in 2 days and I haven't had a leak since spring. I would highly recommend RCC.

I've had water literally running through the basement whenever there are heavy rains or when the snow melts in the Spring. The house was built in 1908 and we have lived in this home for 38 years. As we are retired, we were considering downsizing and put the house on the market. Many families loved our home, but were turned off by the basement. So I received several quotes on how to correct the problem, both from internal and external solutions. RCC represented by Richard Greig was very punctual and detailed in his analysis and quote, HIs quote was within my budget and I liked the 25 year warranty and the monthly payment plan without interest for 12 months. So in early January 2014, the crews came and installed an internal weeping tile system including a new sump pump. Although there was some moisture in the basement during the summer months due to high humidity which was fixed via a dehumidifier, the system has been working flawlessly and my basement is now dry....first time in probably 106 years. Richard and the Operations manager, Sal have been back twice to discuss some minor issues and they have corrected them to my satisfaction and without further cost to myself. If you need to get a quote for waterproofing, make sure you include RCC in the process.

Hugely costly, but no surprise, it was a huge job. The teams were wonderful. They were punctual and stuck to their projected timeline. Efficient, smart guys, infinitely considerate and polite, a pleasure to have around. Great work with amazingly little mess considering the huge job that it was, inside and outside of the house. It was clearly tricky and they worked around the problems with less damage than they had anticipated. Anthony and team RCC repaired a major water leak in our back foundation wall without having to dig the outside wall, which saved us considerable money. They used an ingenious method to divert the water from the wall to the inside drain. They were professional with little mess or any living disruption. We highly recommend RCC!
