    Waterproofing outside wall

    Mohammed and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing the wall of our home. We had a leak in our basement. Mohammed and his crew worked continuously throughout the heat for 2 days, never stopping for a break. At night they cleaned up and left the site very neat and tidy. The next day they completed the job, replaced patio stones, cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. I have already recommended RCC to a friend who used their services and phoned to thank me for giving her their name.

    Waterproofing basement

    Gentleman by the name of Richard came by to look at our leaking cold room, after spending 45 minutes with Richard and having a complete explanation we gave him the deposit on the spot. We were contacted by Rob within a week and he booked our appointment and let us know he was extremely busy but guaranteed that he would set a date four weeks out. When they showed up he introduced himself and his crew, all very polite. They kept our house dust free and CLEAN :) our basement used to leak every rainstorm but ever since RCC completed the job there hasn't been a problem since! I highly recommend RCC for any water problems! Awesome!!!

    Leak in basement repaired

    We had water in our basement for the last five years, with numerous companies in to do an estimate. We had a salesman by the name of Kurt come in from RCC Waterproofing who took his time to explain what he recommended to be done. Also it was nice he did not give the high pressured sale tactics, this was a change from most. We had a call from the crew leader Rob which was five weeks after we had initially signed the contract, it would have been nice to have the call sooner, but after experiencing Robs professionalism and taking the time to explain step by step the procedure it was a pleasure to have him and his crew to solve out water leak and well worth the wait.

    Basement waterproofing

    Kudos to RCC!! My elderly Mother was so anxious about having work done by a contractor. ( Her past experience with a roofer was not good). Richard the salesman put us at ease right away and was very patient, explained everything thoroughly. The workers worked very hard and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and had showed my Mom and I what was being done and kept her informed through the day.,..very much appreciated!! Sam the foreman even took the time to wash down the driveway. I would recommend this company. -Ron S

    Basement waterproofing

    Called RCC upon discovering a leak in the basement. Their quote was one of the best around and the job was done fast and in a professional manner. RCC even went an extra mile to come back for the second grading after the topsoil got washed away by a heavy rain. Great job guys!!

    Repair basements leaks from outside

    RCC just completed a project fixing basement wall leaks. The job was done efficiently and the clean up met my total approval. I am totally satisfied with Jamie, Derek and crew!! I guess time will determine my final assessment.

    Windows Well not draining and leaking into basement

    Great service, friendly, thorough. Everyone introduced themselves when they arrives. I was impressed with the speed and carefulness of the work, as well as after the work was done everything was cleaned up. Wish I had used them when I built the house. Would use again/recommend.

    Waterproof

    Hi, we accepted RCC quote with a condition if we got a better price from other company for same job, they match the price for us. after paid down payment $500 , contacted another company and they offered $500 less for the same job and quality plus accepted to re install and put back patio interlock after finishing the job on a later time which was rejected by RCC contacted sale person Mr. Nader and RCC office manger as it was promised to match the price and after a few times phone calls finally sales person came with some excuses like the other company is not like us with many yeas experience or they might ask you for more money after they start the job and also they are not focus in waterproofing since accepted to put back your patio interlocks ,...!!     Leak repair

    Ten days before we were to move, a severe rain swept through and a leak started in our basement. I called RCC and spoke with Kurt, I explained we needed this done ASAP. Rob Odonnell and his crew were out the next day and did an excellent job. Problem solved. I would highly recommend this company for their staff and the service they provide

    Basement waterproofing

    After getting various quotes for a sump pump backup and utility room waterproofing solution Tony from RCC came out and provided a great solution. Unlike the other quotes which were all presented in a sales pressured manner Tony was factual and informative. And unlike the other quotes we received from seemingly salespeople who only wanted to perform exterior work RCC provided a thorough internal and much more reasonable solution. Raymond and his team proved to be friendly, timely and most importantly installed a system that works. The job looks great and we're confident it should hold up for years to come. After a few days I noticed a small gap in the new concrete and requested a patch. Raymond was back out the next day and reapplied concrete in the same friendly manner as he initially did. I highly recommend RCC to anyone looking for water proofing service.
