The team was there exactly on time, all it’s members (Jeff, Milan and Tommy) worked very hard and were also extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Outside Foundation Repair
Called RCC to get a quote. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in his quotation and explanation of the repair. Very friendly and prompt service. Rob from RCC in London contacted me and was able to do the job next day!! They were here when they said they would be here, in fact a half hour early. Brent was very polite, friendly and efficient in going about his repair. The job was done that morning. I was impressed by how thorough he was, the site was beyond clean, he showed me the repair before he covered it back over, and when he left you could barely tell they were there, including raking and sweeping everywhere he walked. It was an unbelievable experience and one that is worth every penny to have it done right, with a 25 year warrantly. Hands down I would use them again and again.

Basement Water proofed
Hi my name is ROSE Iam so happy and satisfied that i chose to go with RCC They did such a great job! They were here when they said they woud be They worked so hard and very neat and tidy which i loved... Iam very fussy! the quality of workmanship was excellent! and the price was very reasonable! i would recommend RCC they are the Experts! i would like to thank the guys who came to my house to do the job! Eddie, Raymond and Roger THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB! VERY NICE GUYS!!!!

Basement damp proofing
I have not encountered the level of hard work and commitment to get a job done as I saw in the teams that recently did the damp proofing work at my house. This is the second time I have used RCC and the experience on this occasion trumped the last good experience. We did nearly 30 linear feet in heavy clay like soil. The teams worked the whole day finishing late at night to ensure the job was done right and the basement was secured against a rain forecast for the following day. The price was competitive but the reliability of this company is second to none. I delayed writing a report to determine whether they would return (as per their commitment) to level the soil raised 3 months ago and indeed they did, returning the grading to a perfect level.

waterproofing
had the crew come and waterproof and they did not finish the job,there's a mountain of dirt on the side of my house and front aswell.Not Happy with this,i'm hoping they are going to come back and fix it.

Hi Frank, We have reviewed your file, the job was done June 30th 2014. You are entitled to a one time free grading which commences 3 months after the work is completed. Not all soil is the same, some dirt requires more time for it to settle. Yes visually it does not look appealing, but we promise that once we come back to grade/level the dirt. Basement Waterproofing
Our basement is dry and RCC did an excellent job from start to finish. Ray, John and Mike worked very carefully and were completely professional in their approach. Kham did our quote and was very helpful. Highest rating all around!

Basement Waterproofing
Good morning DJ, I wanted to thank you again for helping me so much by having your fabulous crew do our waterproofing yesterday. Pete and his men did an excellent job. I have never owned a house that had to have waterproofing and was fascinated with the whole process. Everyone on the job was patient and answered all of my 'uneducated questions' as things unfolded. The job has not been completed at my request. We are installing a natural gas generator and our electrician requested that we leave an area so that he can install his electrical line from the power source to the generator. Pete has left the backfill dirt and some gravel to complete the job. He said he could come by after he finishes a job to backfill and tamp the ground. I am hoping the trenching and electrical work will be completed this next week. I will let you know when this is finished and Pete can finish. Thanks, Pat

Basement Waterproofing
Do not hire r.cc waterproofing. They don't tell you that they contract the work out, they sell you on the fact that they are family owned/operated. They send people who barely speak English, arrive at 12:00 and cut your gas line. Company owner doesn't return your calls. Keep your money, cheaper to have water damage in your house than to pay r.c.c waterproofing

Waterproofing exterior
They worked like dogs to finish in one day BUT did not complete the job. They did not have enough gravel for window wells and they completely buried my irrigation access. I was sorry I paid them on the spot the full amount of the bill. If I was smarter I would have held some payment back until job was complete. That has bee the problem getting them to come back and finish. I was guaranteed they would be back to finish 6 days ago and still waiting. Sent email and no response. So for this reason I cannot give a good star rating. I would recommend them to others but with the caveat to not to pay until work completed.
