Waterproofing
Our basement started leaking several months after we bought the home, previous waterproofing work had been done on the house but was evidently not working. There was water pooling from beneath the floor. We had a few company's come in for estimates and ended up going with RCC. The job was carried out by lead hand Rob and his crew. They were punctual and professional . They were very friendly and took the time to stop and explain the job in detail and we were impressed how quickly job was completed.

Quote for basement foundation cracks
Joe came out to give me a quote for what I had been previously told (by another contractor) would be a very costly repair ($40k) and an urgent one. Joe assured me that although he could easily quote me for the same service, I did not need it - that it would be a last resort. He made recommendations on how to prevent further cracking and what to look for to spot signs of problems. Very professional and honest. I'm impressed!

Excavate to Weeping Tiles
Leak in basement caused by non-functioning weeping tiles and crack in the foundation. The company estimator (Kurt) was friendly, knowledgeable and offered a number of alternatives. Easy to talk to and took his time explaining the problem and the solution. Took them almost 6 weeks to finally get to the job due to a backlog of work, but when they did get on site, they finished the job in two days. The crew of three people was supervised by Rob. Rob and his team were very courteous and extremely hard working. Rob treated the job as if he was working on his own house. Very impressed with him and his crew. They walked me through every detail of what they were doing. I easily recommend this company to anyone who requires similar work.

Interior basement waterproofing
We had a leaky basement in our house and the water was coming in the walls after a rainfall. Tony took the time to explain all of our options and came up with a custom solution to fit our budget and solve our specif issues. The job was completed in 2 days and everything was cleaned up. It would be great if RCC had a subcontractor who put back the drywall as you have to take care of this yourself. I would highly recommend this company as they have been experts in this business for a long time and really take the time to get to know their customer.Our basement is now dry.

BASEMENT WATERPROOFING
I strongly recommend RCC to anyone wanting to permanently solve a leaking basement problem at a reasonable cost. Everyone at RCC was attentive to my problem and wanted to do a good job in a timely manner. Their expertise was obvious from the beginning and it showed in the final result. Again, I highly recommend taking advantage of their experience and dedication to their customers. I am glad I did.

I was asked to write a review by RCC"S guy Rob would not usually do that but was impressed with how they treated our unique situation as the sales guy called it no water in our basement for the first time in 10 years

Waterproofing
Great job done by the RCC waterproofing... No leak after that.. Fast and reliable... They came on time, filled up the cracks and explained what's being done thoroughly... Great job guys!!!

Basement waterproofing
I had 3 quotes for basement waterproofing in my 1917-built home. The dampness in the basement has got worse these last couple of years and I had water ingress in the July 2012 storm. Trevor at RCC spent the most time discussing issues with me, drawing a detailed diagram of what would be done, replacement basement window wells and the location of the sump pump. RCC's quote was competitive and I had the most confidence in them. I was so right to do so. They dug down on 3 sides of my house in early Nov 2013 and I was astonished at the speed and yet careful attention that the crew worked. When the walls of my basement were revealed, I was surprised I hadn't had even more problems than I had - one side did not even have weeping tiles installed. I am 100% confident my basement will be completely dry for the next 25 yrs plus. I have to compliment Trevor and the waterproofing crew for their excellent, thorough and professional work. They even coped professionally with my 'property-line fanatic' of a neighbour who threw a hissy fit and refused to allow the bobcat to exit the excavation at one point. Now, the finished work looks 100% better than it did before. I would not hesitate in recommending RCC to anyone - large or small job.

Basement waterproof
Rcc waterproofing showed up to my house to do a 60' internal dig on a Monday and were out of there on tuesday. The moment they walked in i could tell that I made the right choice on which company to choose. They had great customer service skills and great work ethic. I would personally recommend rob and his two workers Alex and Wayne to any one of my friends or business associates. I was very pleased.

Exterior Waterproofing
I want to provide an excellent review for Jamie at RCC. Then also the crew led by Bruno and Chris, Mark, Paul, Boris and Lucas. First off I worked with Jamie on looking at the site and getting a quote. Also had other companies in, but after looking at reviews and getting references went with Jamie at RCC. Jamie was always punctual, and responded quickly to questions via emails. Jamie also came onsite part way through the work to review an unexpected situation that we encountered. There was some extra cost, but reasonable based on the added work. Some companies would take this opportunity to get more from you since they were already in process. Not RCC. Very Fair. Then the work crew. They spent three days digging around three sides of the house in real cold weather. Chris led the team working hard each day. On the final day, we were there till 1am to get it completed and cleaned up. Now as a customer, you have a part to play. With the extreme cold, made their days as comfortable as possible by setting up the garage with a heater to have a warm place for lunch. Fresh coffee, access to a washroom goes a long way. Look after them, and in the end, they will look after you. They had to come back and fix up the deck joists that needed to be cut. Prompt and also raked up the dig site to level soil away from the house. I highly recommend them. Especially Bruno and his crew. Chris is very good at directing the crew and knows the technology and how it applies to these old houses. Number of times we had to step back and review how to fix up some work done by a previous contractor. Came up with options that made sense. RCC has fair pricing, great people and great work. You will not be disappointed.
