    waterproofing

    I had some water damage in my basement last summer. I hired a "water proofing company" A to address it. Useless to say, they did a very poor job and in fact they caused further damage to my landscaping. I asked my engineer to refer me to a professional company. He referred me to RCC waterproofing. They came to give me a written contract. I agreed on the cost (thinking that this few hour job was too costly) but I did agree to pay trusting they will solve my water problem. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I had to leave my property as I had some important meeting to attend to. Mike, the head of the crew, provided me with an update on what was done and even sent me few pictures showing the various stages of the job. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work Mike did and like to take this opportunity to thank him and thank RCC waterproofing to hire such professionals.

    Waterproof back wall of house

    I had gone to Rcc before and recalled the work they had done on my previous house, and thought it was great. They were fast, clean and quick. So this time I called again and got in touch with Anthony. He came by right away and gave us his recommendations, which we agreed with. Again as before, a great group of guys came by and worked hard and quickly as possible to get the job done. We had about 80 feet which had to be waterproofed. Again a big thank you to John, Marco, Raymond, Diego and Anthony for all their hard work. You guys made us feel more comfortable in our home and we would recommend you to anyone we know. Thanks.

    waterproofing

    First of all I would like to thank John, Raymond and Diego for doing a great job in waterproofing my basement. You guys are wonderful, very friendly and hard working people. Thanks to Trevor too who made the first impression that I have to go with RCC for basement waterproofing. Thank you and Kudos to all of you guys!

    Exterior basement waterproofing

    I was looking to have 100+ feet of foundation waterproofed. Jamie and the team did an awesome job and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were professional, courteous and kept me in the loop at all times. I had a sun room I was supposed to remove in advance so they could access the 17 inch space between our neighbours house. Unfortunately I was only able to remove a part of it ahead of time. They came in with their digger and offered to take care of the rest. This project was expected to take 3 days but was done in 2. Thorough job from beginning to end. They left the yard as clean as it was when they arrived and were considerate when entering the house to not wake our sleeping baby. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants their house waterproofed the right way.

    weepy basement

    We recently moved into a new house and had some water seepage issues this past summer after heavy rains. We had seen many different companies and were prepared to spend several thousand and dig up our floors to do internal waterproofing. When the RCC estimator came to our house he actually remembered our house from several years before and was able to tell us that the internal waterproofing had already been done by them when the previous owners renovated. He found a few large gaps around the basement windows and a clogged basement drain about to overflow. Everyone else that came to our house was trying very hard to sell us something.he was the first one to actually take the time to look at the perimeter of our house try to figure out where the problem was and he found some pretty obvious areas where water could be coming in. We fixed those 2 small problems and have been dry ever since. It saved us thousands of dollers and a maasive headache.

    Basement waterproofing and benching.

    We had the pleasure of using RCC Waterproofing to sort out a variety of foundation and water issues with our old house. Not only did Jeff and his crew work in the wettest and muddiest conditions I've seen, they kept their sense of humour, kept our neighbours happy and left the site safe and as clean as possible for our children. Most importantly they were professional and knew how efficiently and effectively to solve the numerous issues they came across. We have been able to enjoy a dry basement ever since. I highly recommend getting in touch with Jamie Hallett, if you have any wet basement concerns. Thank you to all of you.

    No More Leaks

    We thought we'd write this review because we were very happy with RCC, especially Dan and his crew. It is wonderful not to have a leakie basement anymore, We can enjoy the rain. We were so happy we recommended RCC to our son and he also used them. Can't say enough about this company, NO MORE LEAKS.

    This is confirm that the exaction/repairing job at the above address was completed on Wednesday October 30, 2013. We would like to commend the crew who did the work and we were very pleased with them. They were diligent, courteous, respectful and worked well as a team. - Peter, Alwin, Anthony, George, and Barrington. We would also like to highly recommend Kham Tran who was our initial contact. He came to our house a couple of times,was very pleasant, approachable and extremely thorough in explaining the procedure and answering our questions and concerns.     External Waterproofing

    We have spent extensive amount of time and money in caring for our lawn. It is one of the best kept lawns in our neighborhood, as one can appreciate, we were very reluctantly anticipating the damage that would occur from having heavy equipment accessing the property of our neighbor and our work site. To further my concerns, I was not able to be present while the waterproofing work was being done. To my gratifying astonishment, not only did your crew protected our lawns from any damage, they performed minimal disruption to the work-site. The feedback from our neighbors has also been very encouraging. Your entire team, from the sales representative to the work crew has been very professional. Thanks for a job well done.

    Basement Waterproofing

    I live at the bottom of a steep hill and so this has led to water ingress issues. The RCC salesman was very good in explaining what exactly would be done, and easily accomodated a minor revision from me. The work team was polite, and happy to talk with me about the job that they were doing. They were very fast and efficient, and did an excellent clean up.
