I would like to tell you of my experience in dealing with RCC Waterproofing Inc.
Since my first phone call with Danny Pasquale, I have been extremely pleased with the handling of our problem, which to us was a disaster. They put my mind at ease with what they proposed to do with their professionalism and with their knowledge of their craft. Every question that I had, and even some questions that I wouldn’t have thought of asking, Danny answered to my complete satisfaction. Danny was accessible to us at any time that we need him to be.
To cut the time needed for the project (due to inclement weather), two crews were sent instead of one. These workers were courteous, pleasant, professional, clean and the hardest workers I have met. They never stopped from the time they arrived until the time that they had completely cleaned up, even to the point of replanting trees and bushes close to the foundation that had to be uprooted. They did such a complete job that it looks as though they hadn’t even been here. And, most of them were “under the weather” at the time, which impressed me even more.
Sam, the foreman, showed us exactly where we were getting the water from and agreed to write us a letter in this regard. When the workers left, that wasn’t the end of it as Sam came back to inspect our yard two days after the completion of the work.
We have lived in our house since 1985 and this is the most professional company that we have worked with and the best experience that we have had getting work done around our property. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them highly to anyone needing their expertise.
