The basement of my parents' house had been leaking for several years and after numerous cleanups, I was tasked with finding a reputable company to fix this.
During Summer 2011, I consulted with many personal and professional contacts, read many reviews and had various companies come in to quote. I even put together a budget and outline if I were to do it myself with the help of family members and friends. In the end, I decided to leave it to professionals to ensure that my parents have solid foundation to their home.
My sister recommended RCC so I added them to the list. Of all the companies that quoted, I decided to hire RCC. Although the price was high compared to others, they appeared to be the most capable and experienced. Jamie H. performed a thorough and professional review and estimate.
When it was time to do the work, RCC's crew was always on time and hard-working. They kept the work site clean and provided as much protection for the property as they could. Some areas of the foundation were difficult to work on but they still did a great job. They were also patient in accommodating my requests for extra care in the work and my watchful eye throughout the job. One one side of the house, glass on a window was broken during the work. Mario said he would fix it and less than two days later, it was fixed as they continued to work.
My appreciation to Jamie H., Mario, Marco, Eddie, Chev and the rest of the crew. They repaired and sealed the numerous cracks in the foundation, several large ones, and took the extra cares that I requested. They even finished a day or so ahead of schedule and left the job site a bit cleaner than when they arrived. So on their last day, I treated the crew to pizzas for lunch.
It has now been two summers since that project and the basement has not leaked since. I highly recommend Jamie H. and his crew. He has even been helpful with minor issues after the job was completed. If you are looking for a company that does very good work and does it right, call Jamie @ RCC.
