    Tankless Hot Water ( Rinnai) and Boiler ( Viessmann) Install

    This is the second time I am using Spring Home Heating and Cooling. This time was to replace my defective Coaire Combi Boiler for domestic hot water and infloor radiant heating. Cy and George came by my home the very next day I called them for estimate and technical inspection. The following day the technicians arrived and installed my Rinnai Tankless boiler for domestic hot water. They stayed until 930 pm to make sure we had hot water going. The following two days was the installation of the Viessmann boiler to my existing equipment for infloor heating and air handler. Again the technicians stayed very late until the job was complete and tested for full function. I have no hesitation in recommending them for high quality products and 5 star service.     Furnace and A/C installation and maintenance

    From the initial meeting with the salesman to our last maintenance call, my experience with Spring Home has been great. The honesty and professionalism of the staff is very admirable.

    Maintenance Contract

    I am in my second year now with Spring Home Heating and Cooling for maintenance of my HVAC system. You guys answered the call when I was looking for a company I could trust in June 2014 to take over maintenance of my HVAC from another company I had lost trust and faith in. You are always polite, courteous, and working with me to make sure I am happy with my requests/service. The installing company has never asked me about their service, aside from the initial install. I really appreciated you sending a technician out when my furnace stopped working this past January (same day service). He spent the better part of the day to get heat back in the home, and I took notice of the work and diligence he displayed in restoring heat to my home (I believe it was Tiger, I’d have to check the paperwork to be sure). Your technicians are always on time, they always call before coming here, and appear to do a thorough job. I also like the email reminders as well. Despite forgoing the labour charges that were covered by the installing company under their maintenance plan, switching maintenance over to your company has proven to be a wise move, and I only wish I had found you 4-5 years sooner to install the new HVAC system.

    Furnace troubleshooting and maintenance

    Note: We are Spring Home customers, having incurred their services to replace the old furnace and AC several years ago. We just surpassed the warranty period. We started to have issues with our furnace blowing cold air only. Refused to ignite, would cycle and eventually go into lockout mode. Called Cheryl and booked an appointment. She was pleasant to deal with over the phone. On the first visit (paid), the HVAC tech, Justin, diagnosed the problem to a faulty thermostat. I had a backup thermostat so I replaced it myself with his guidance. Originally, it would trip on the flame sensor so that was cleaned by him. A week went by and the same issue popped up. Called Cheryl again and asked for Justin to come by and check. She sent someone the same day. On this second visit (paid), burners were found not to be igniting properly so that was cleaned. He also recommended general maintenance, something that we haven't done in years. So we eventually booked an appointment for maintenance, knowing that we would have to fork over some more $. We kindly asked for a discount as this would be a third paid visit. Justin had to call Cheryl who then spoke to the manager/owner, George. To our surprise, he was kind enough to go above and beyond and offer the maintenance free of charge. All in all, we are very pleased with the service. Looking forward to seeing you guys in the Spring!

    Furnace and A/C Installation

    I purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Spring Home. The service, value, and quality was excellent. Cy Goh took the time to walk me through every step of the process and was extremely genuine. Their level of service from end-to-end was amazing! I shopped around with two other well known vendors and Spring Home was the best all things considered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.     Furnace Inspection & Winter Servicing

    Service Tech arrived on time performed all furnace manufacturer specification testing with all in compliance. I mentioned furnace was consuming slightly more gas than usual & I suspected a spider problem. Tech checked the 4 burner ports and found 1 not lighting. Removed burner assembly, removed inoperable burner orifice and sure enough removed a spider nest in the burner tube, reassembled & reinstalled the burner assembly with perfect operation. During my service call Tech received an important service call & I told him to address that more important telephone matter first resulting in a 1/2 hour delay. Because of that delay Tech did not charge me for removing, cleaning & re-installing the burner assembly. Great job... look forward to Spring Home servicing my AC...in the Spring. Greg Hartlen

    Furnace and A/C Installation

    In 2014, I purchased a hot water tank from Spring Home. This year, I purchased a furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. I found Spring Home's sales person, Sam, to be extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and very professional. The installation was very thorough, with all applicable pipes and hoses installed in a neat and orderly fashion. They set up the WiFi enabled thermostat and provided me with instruction on how to use it. Two days after the installation was complete I received all the paperwork indicating that my OPA and manufacturer rebates had be processed. A few days later, I received a call from Spring Home to ensure I was satisfied. The people at Spring Home certainly know what they're doing.

    Humidifier installation

    Just had a humidifier installed by Tiger, who was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The office was also very friendly and helpful. I'll be calling them again for my heating and cooling needs.

    New Hot Water Heater

    We strongly recommend this company. Called Spring Home late on a Friday afternoon to report that our 14 year old hot water heater stopped working. They sent someone out right away and located the problem which would cost $250 to repair in parts and labour. They gave us the option of installing a new, brand name heater for $1200 with the cost of the original service call applied to the new heater - an option we selected. The new heater was installed the very next day with the technicians arriving at the time promised and efficiently installing the heater. We are very pleased with the new heater and with the professional service provided by everyone at Spring Home.

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace had started to make a lot of noise so we looked on Homestars for a company to help us out. A higher rated company never returned our call so we kept looking and decided on Spring Home. Tiger came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He explained the issue and we were advised that it would take a week or so for the part to arrive. In the interim, our furnace stopped working completely so we contacted Spring Home for an update. Cheryl was amazing, she followed up with the supplier until she got an answer and then she sent out a technician that same evening to replace the part. He worked quickly to get things up and running, and was courteous and professional. Cheryl followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are very pleased with Spring Home.
