    New Trane furnace install

    We needed a new furnace so contacted a 3 companies for quotes .Spring Home took more time to go over the best system for our needs and also came in with the best price by far .We are very happy with are 2 stage furnace and the installation team.

    Old House, Boiler and Attic Air Conditioner Replacement

    Our old AC and Boiler (20+years) both had reached the end of their useful lives and it was time to replace them. Sam came to assess the situation and provide us with recommendations, options and quotations. Ironically, the water heater was almost new (thanks Direct Energy for not recommending other options when fixing our water heater,) but in the name of energy efficiency, we decided upon a Veissman 222 Combi-boiler and a Lennox 1.5Tn (16SEER) AC/Attic Air Handler. Working within the confines of the existing pipes, attic access, etc. the installers were able to complete the job in 3 days with minimal impact to our daily routine, some logistical issues prevented it from being done in 2. We probably need a visit for educating us on how to best use this high efficiency equipment but we are at least reassured that we will have no issues with heating this winter and cooling next summer.

    Furnace Install

    After speaking with several service providers, Spring Home provided the clearest and most complete information. It made a difficult decision easier. The install was easy and seamless. Very happy so far with the furnace and also very satisfied with Spring Home's service.

    Furnace replacement

    We had been in touch with Spring after reading Homestars reviews. They provided a very detailed, competitive quote for our new furnace and after careful review of all quotes we determined that they would be our best choice and they were. We had a difficult install with our venting and after a number of consultations we were very pleased with the results. Spring has since provided gas fireplace maintenance and hot water heater repair. A really terrific company to work with.

    Air Conditioner, Furnace and Humidifier

    Last month we had a new air conditioner, furnace and humidifier installed by Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers were efficient hard workers. I was also impressed with how quickly the office submitted our paperwork for warranty & rebates. Awesome service!

    Furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater installation

    From the time I called them to quote on furnace installation, until even after the installation, this company has been attentive to any questions, concerns I have had. They arrived on time for the appointment, were polite, and clean. After sales service has been great, the office has helped with my rebates and replied promptly to a concern I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to install a furnace. They are very professional and customer service is excellent.

    Trane High Efficiency Furnace

    Needed a new furnace and after research on the web I contacted Spring Home for a quote. Spring Home responded very quickly and in a very thorough manner which furnace product would meet my needs. The installation was completed in a professional and meticulous manner. Within days after the installation Spring Home contacted me to ensure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend Spring Home for all heating needs.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace

    I could not be any happier with the service provided by Spring Home. Fantastic pre-sales visit, with genuine advice and good recommendations. We needed a new AC and Furnace, both of which were seamlessly installed by a very professional crew. The guys did a lot of work and managed to get it all done in one day. Amazing after sales follow up with reminders to apply for available subsidy. Look no further - these are your guys.

    New Furnace Install

    It was the first cold snap of the year and our furnace decided to quit. Apparently, so did a lot of others. Despite the busy-ness of the time, Spring Home was able to provide service in a timely manner. Bijan, the 'Comfort Consultant' was professional, knowledgable, answered our questions, and provided his recommendation. The quote was in line with others we had received and - bonus - it was for a Lennox, a brand name we trusted. We were able to schedule the install just two days out, and that was also carried out professionally and thoughtfully. The only hiccup was with deposit/payment as the paperwork was delayed and the timeline was tight, so we had to scramble to ensure the deposit was paid before the techs arrived, and that we had a cheque in hand to pay. We're very pleased with the process, and the results, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spring Home.
