We learned that our heat exchanger was cracked on Sunday, October 18, 2015 and Enercare shut our gas off following a service call on the same date. I found Spring Home on the internet and decided to give them a try. Bijan showed up the very next day. He took the time to explain the situation and the best remedy. He also mentioned that if we could make a decision that evening, he could arrange for Spring Home to do the install on October 20, 2015. As we like to make an informed decision, we decided to get another couple of quotes. Spring Home came in with the best overall package. I called Bijan on October 20, 2015 to inform that we would go with his company. He was very pleased to hear. Bijan arranged for the two technicians to come to our home on October 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Zan (David) and the other technician arrived promptly at 10:00, gave us an overview of what they were going to have to do, and were extremely polite and professional (as was Bijan). By end of day on Saturday, October 23, 2015, we had a new Lennox modulating hi-efficiency 90,000 BTU unit installed with humidifier and iComfort. The entire process from start to finish far exceeded our expectations! Thank you, George Li and Spring Home! You have a lot to be proud of! Might I add, we absolutely love the iComfort unit. :)
