    Gas-Fired Hot Water Tank Replacement

    We will give Spring Home Heating and Cooling 10 out of 10 only because they deserve top marks. Our satisfaction level kept on increasing as the job progressed. When we opened the cardboard box that the hot water tank came in we noticed a dent. It was nothing major however it wound up saving us $100 because Spring Home made their supplier give us that credit because of the little dent. The mechanics that they send to us worked quickly and efficiently. They left no mess behind for us to clean. They instructed us on how to use the new hot water tank. The BEST PART of this experience was knowing and seeing that the hot water tank that they brought us was not a "Home Depot", or call it a "Retail" special. Instead this tank was a John Wood commercial tank built for long lasting quality instead of built just for low price. Previously I had recommended Spring Home Heating and cooling to many of my friends because I had worked side by side with them on other jobs and was always impressed by their ways of doing business. I am now proud to say that we are also a very satisfied customers.

    Installation of air conditioning unit

    From the person who answers the phone, to the salesman who arrives on site, to the two engineers that installed the unit - everyone was polite, knowledgeable and determined to provide good service. During the busiest time of year for them, they were able to work with my tight schedule. I would recommend them happily.

    Central air conditioning

    I called 3 other h vac companies . Their service and knowledge was not even close to spring home . This company does exactly as they say ! They even responded to my problem 1 hour after I called them on a holiday and showed up to adress my situation . Thank you so much David Gordon

    Air Conditioner

    Cy from Spring Home came over to provide us a quote on getting a new Air Conditioner. He was very courteous and informative with his quote. He did his review of the house and suggested what we needed with a very reasonable price. The next day, we decided to move forward with Spring Home and was able to quickly schedule a install very soon after. The 2 installers came on their schedule time and did a very efficient job. Will definitely work with Spring Home in the future!

    Installation of furnace, tankless water heater and central air conditioning

    I have waited several years before writing this review. Originally I chose Spring Home after interviewing several contractors. My impression was that they were very competent and had integrity. I am glad to say this is the case. The original installation was done in a single day by a large team working long hours in a small, challenging space. They made sure everything was working when they left, and cleaned up after themselves well. They have provided excellence maintenance service in the years since. Recently they dealt with a small issue arising from the installation, replacing a part and redoing a portion of the piping, at no charge and without questioning their responsibility. The people at Spring Home are first rate. Special thanks to Cy, George, Tiger, Cheryl and Peter (and probably others).

    Ductless AC

    I had a great customer experience with this company recently. My previous AC wasn't working during a very hot period. Spring Home sent out a very patient and courteous sales professional to guide me through options. He went the extra mile to minimize interruption and to expediate the process. The installment team were also great! Not only were they patient, careful and considerate, they asked me to borrow a broom to sweep any dust! Spring Home has a great team! Thank you for making this a great customer experience!

    Two AC and one furnace

    I contacted spring homes based on high rating on home stars. They absolutely lived up to this super high rating. Excellent service!!! Totally worth dealing with spring home over any other dealer.

    New Heating and Cooling System

    We use HomeStars every time we require professional service and this time was no exception. When our AC stopped working we called 5 different providers including Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. Of all 5 companies we compared, only Cy from Spring Home came the same day and took his time to review our existing situation and provide us with several options. Being the diligent shoppers we asked Cy several more questions (via email and phone) over several days and even had him come back to our house for another review of our choices. Every time Cy was professional, on time and a pleasure to deal with and never pushy. We finally realized that the right choice was to go with Spring Home. Now this is where we usually get nervous. Sales people work hard to get your business, but what will our installation experience be? To our pleasant surprise it was just as professional and on time. As promised their installers, Sam and Victor, arrived early and stayed until early evening to ensure that all the work was completed to code and our expectations. This included correcting some existing duct work that was incorrectly installed. The work was neat and clean, and we are very happy with all of it. We ended up replacing our A/C, furnace, humidifier and air purifier, all Lennox products. Our entire experience with everyone at Spring Home, including Cheryl, was consistent. This ensured us that we were working with professionals who treated us like their most important customer and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I know that if I require any more products or service with heating and cooling that I will not hesitate to call Spring Home. JOB WELL DONE!!!

    A/C and furnace purchase and installation

    We found HomeStar at the end of our research and decided to meet with Cy to finalize our decision. He came the same day that we made the call. He was informative and not pushy. We felt he really cared about what our needs were and not pushing a product. Peter and his colleague came to do a difficult installation and were courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them! We had two small issues but they were resolved quickly.

    Ductless Heat Pump Installation

    We have installed mitsubishi heat pump by spring home this summer at our townhouse. We found the company per Homestar as this is our big investment to reduce the monthly hydro bill and it was a great choice. The sales person CY came over for estimate and he was very informative. We had to wait for condo board approval so it took a while for decision to be made but he did not forget to followup with us. Installation took a day and Peter and his crew was very kind and professional. They try to make sure myself and kid do not feel uncomfortable in the installation process and left the house very clean. I received followup call from spring home couple times if everything is ok after installation was done. I am very satisfied with choosing spring home and will recommend to anyone. The mitsubishi heat pump is doing great job cooling our house and this unit is very quiet. I hope this unit work well for heating as well. Thank you.
