    Installation of Furnace, A/C, Hot Water Tank and WI-FI Thermostat

    Spring Home Sales rep. (Cy) was easy to get a hold of and on visit thoroughly explained the differences between various air conditioner and furnace units. Once we selected the units, installation was prompt and very well done. The installers were courteous and units were well installed. Any questions we had were answered and the air conditioner unit functioned very well during recent heat wave. The furnace hasn't been running yet but install done well and furnace ordered (Lennox signature series) top quality. Impressed with the wireless thermostat we ordered with the units. We also ordered replacement water tank which was installed same time as the air conditioner and furnace units. Very satisfied with install and quality of all units. Would rate the whole process (sale, install & quality of the equipment) as 10 out of 10. Peter & Denise Wehr North York

    New Air Conditioner

    My air conditioner was in need of service. Based on the positive reviews, I called Spring. A technician assessed the problem and we decided to replace the unit. Sam came to our home to discuss our options. Within a few days, a new unit was installed. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. About a week later, Cheryl made a follow up call to see if we had questions and if we were satisfied with the experience. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and responsive. We are very pleased with the service provided at every step of the process. I would use Spring Home Heating & Cooling again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

    HE furnace and water heater

    Spring home was recommended to me by a friend. Although they weren't the cheapest quote I got, they provided the best explanations and comfort level. and it seemed to me that their recommendations were based on what I needed and not just getting them the best sale. And when the day of the installation came, they were extremely professional. And they've followed up since. I feel that I've been taken care of.

    AC Installation

    We are very happy with the services that we received from the initial diagnostic of what was wrong with our air conditioner to the consultation and installation of a new unit. The consultant was very informative and we did not feel pressured to purchase the air conditioner at the time of the consultation. The installation went smoothly and we were consulted as needed during the installation if there were any issues or concerns that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Spring Homes to anyone who needs a new air conditioner.

    H/E Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Although not lowest price quote we go, they were most responsive and wen to great detail to explain things. They looked after everything (removal of oil tank) and worked a Saturday of long weekend, just a few days afte we signed order. Workers were prompt and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They came back for secnd visit to finish up small items and did some things for us not on the quote. Pretty satisfied with these guys. (We called another dealer when we were looking and they said they couldn't compete with Spring... and recommended them as well :-) )

    Lennox Modulating Furnace Installation

    I didn't quite catch the name of the guys who did the work, however they were both friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. Previously, we had gotten Sam to come in and have a look about a month ago when we were getting quotes. We ended up going to these guys because we liked how they educated us on why things had to be done the way they did. We had a very old and very large furnace and it was at the end of its life some time ago, so replacing it before winter was crucial since we didn't want to see the gas bills it would produce. Anyways, the two technicians showed up on time and were both polite. I went to show them where the breakers and switches were, but the tech just said he would find everything. I took him at his word and left them to do what they needed to do. Unfortunately, this was not a great idea, he missed the shutoff switch for the furnace and installed another one on the same line, I now have two shutoff switches on the line for the furnace. I am not thrilled about that since a couple minutes of listening to me show him where things were at the beginning of the day would have prevented it. Since we were going to a high-efficiency furnace, they had to vent out the side which meant they had to change the chimney liner. In addition to this, we had a humidifier installed as well as an air cleaner, the net effect of which was that it took the full day to complete the installation. This was the estimated time given to be before, so they were spot on there. Once they were done, I had to point out a couple things they missed, such as a gap on the humidifier duct which was easily fixed with foil tape, and the hole they drilled through the wall to vent outside had no expansion foam around it to seal it. I am rating the company a 4 out of 5 because I did not like some of their contract terms and they were unwilling to change them. Apart from that, they were very good to work with. I would recommend them, but the work was not problem free.

    ductless air conditioner

    We are very happy hiring Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems installing a ductless air conditioner in my small business recently.George and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional.This is the forth time we hire them for heating, air conditioners, water tank installation in different locations, Every project turned out perfect.     Air conditioner install

    After speaking with Terry this July and reading all the reviews on Homestars we were convinced that this is the best company to work with. They worked to get us the maximum rebate available and installed the unit perfectly. The workers were fast and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Central Air Conditioning installation

    Great experience through the lifecycle of the project. Followup on the email was timely. The sales person we met with was friendly, a good communicator, had strong subject-matter expertise and didn't attempt a hard-sell. The installation staff came on time, finished on schedule, were professional and did a good job. Followup telephone calls/reminders by administrative staff throughout was excellent.

    Trane Home Furnace + AC replacement

    Professional Service, Great Products, upgraded coil, Installation went smooth, couldn't ask for anything more. Hopefully these products will last me another 24 years like my previous products. Will definitely recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Thanks you.
